Outstanding customer service! Shopping for my first car was very intimidating, especially when some dealerships are down your throat, pushing you to buy a car that day. I love that the dealership is family owned, and they treat their staff and their customers like their own family. I worked with Amira Elsawy, she was very patient and VERY kind with all of the (million) questions that I asked her. Failed to provide lease quote I requested a lease quote on a 2017 Rogue SL AWD with both premium package and platinum packages (MSRP > 35k). In my email, I specifically asked for a I requested a lease quote on a 2017 Rogue SL AWD with both premium package and platinum packages (MSRP > 35k). In my email, I specifically asked for a detailed lease quote be emailed to me. I even provided Nissan's current money factor, residual, and current lease cash incentive. All I wanted was a detailed quote which included their best sales price in addition to confirmation of the money factor and all taxes and fees. I indicated to Nikki that I was ready to make a decision today and that several other area dealerships have also been solicited. I received a voicemail from Nikki stating that it is their policy not to email lease worksheets and that I would be forced to come in. I live an hour away. I am just blown away that in this day in age, where internet business makes up the bulk of sales, that an upfront quote can not be provided by email. As a prudent buyer, it is my right to take your quote and shop around to compare deals. I am sorry this may not be what you want to hear, but this is what smart consumers do, If it is your policy not to provide a lease quote via email, I want nothing to do with your dealership. I want to see all of the facts in front of my face before driving an hour away. To make matters worse, the quoted monthly payment she mentioned in the voicemail was very high, but without seeing the breakdown on a worksheet, I was unable to determine if it because of inflated sales price, money factor, or just "extra" dealer fees. I am writing this because I thought you should know the reason why you lost a potential sale. I have all of the emails and even the voicemail available to share. Please provide me with your email address if you would like me to forward the emails/voicemail that I had exchanged with Nikki. Thank you. More

GREAT GREAT GREAT EXPERIENCE!! last week I stop in at Nissan North and check out a Rogue. we were greeted at the door by Owali.....Great GUY who let's you feel comfortable and he last week I stop in at Nissan North and check out a Rogue. we were greeted at the door by Owali.....Great GUY who let's you feel comfortable and he is knowledgeable, courteous and made sure we get the best deal and also added some more things free of cost. After completing our paperwork, Owali took us on a tour of the service department, showing us exactly where we would pull up car for our future maintenance. Owali also went through the important feature of the car which we will use on daily basis and he was patient enough to answer all my questions even though its end of the day and closing time . I am really glad and thankful to Owali who got me the best deal.. thanks More
