I strongly advise against doing business with Clay Cooley. Unfortunately, I deeply regret my decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I paid $1,500 for an insurance policy that included Cooley. Unfortunately, I deeply regret my decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I paid $1,500 for an insurance policy that included key replacement, but when I needed to get a replacement key, I was told I had to go through the Galleria. Despite multiple attempts, I never received the key. I contacted the salesperson, Iyad, who initially assured me that he would resolve the issue, but it has turned into a major headache, and I am currently unable to drive the car. In addition, I was misled by the finance team regarding the warranty. I was told that it would only increase my monthly payment by $20. However, after reviewing the paperwork, I found that the warranty increased my payment by $50, plus an additional 10% in fees. This lack of transparency has caused me a great deal of frustration. I regret trusting Clay Cooley, and I caution anyone considering purchasing from them. Please be wary of accepting any warranties or additional services, as the information provided may not be accurate. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership. In addition to the issues mentioned above, I also applied for a cancellation of the warranties over 12 weeks ago, and they still have not been canceled. Every time I follow up, I am met with excuses and misinformation. Despite repeated assurances that the matter would be resolved, I am continuously given false information and left waiting without resolution. This ongoing dishonesty and lack of accountability from the dealership have made the entire experience even more frustrating. I urge anyone considering doing business with Clay Cooley to proceed with caution. More
Somehow I had an very bad experience with Clay coolie always 1)First time I visited clay coolie in Irving, Texas . They have forgotten to provide me the wheel lock and I went back to get it and they have provided an very old one 2)Nissan of Lewisvellie has been taken by Clay coolie Short comings a)Most of them does not speak English (I dont know Spanish, its my bad) b)I went to firestone for tyre rotation which i have taken life membership which is close to my apartment and the firestone guys told me that my bushings are in very bad shape. Immediately i went to Showroom to cross check, as i had my servicing couple of months before and they showed everything as green but in 2 months where i might have travelled for less than 600 miles ,it came to Red. Their inspection report is still showing green and after i told that there is an issue with Bushings , they cross checked and said its in Rotten shape. Pleaes be cautious with Clay coolie. I will never go here again. More

But I received a letter that they wanted to buy my Frontier for a certain price $18,848 and $5400 more depending on miles, my 5 year old truck has 37,100 miles. They wanted to give me $15,000, Kelley Blue Book was $21,454. It was definitely Bait/Switch. We went in this past Saturday at 11:00. About 2:00 The Sales Manager said we can finance the Rogue, which was plain jane for 84 months 8.99% rate with Capitol One. I told them we had a preapproved letter from Nissan and we only paid 2.9% on the truck. The Sales Manager JR said no you didn't. I was using my dads credit because his is excellent. When they told me that Nissan Financial was 9.9% I should have walked. I knew that was a lie. Today I found out that they did a Hard Credit Check on my Credit last Saturday after they knew I was using my dads. Shame on you! We left and said we would be back on Monday. I looked at my paperwork from 2020 and yes, it was 2.9%. On Sunday I emailed a Dealership in Corinth. I told them exactly what I wanted. They called me Monday. I got a 3.9% interest rate, a loaded car and was in and out of that Dealership in 2 hours. Do not go to Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving or Lewisville. They will get you through the door anyway they can. They will rip you off. The When I told the Sales Manager Monday I was not coming back, he tried to lower my interest rate to 6.5%. Choose another Nissan Dealership. Do not use the one in Lewisville for a new car. They will get you anyway they can. With mostly lies and interest rates. More

By far the rudest sales of any dealer I ever encountered. I wanted to be contact by email. Not being called 5 times a day by someone who I can not understand and demands me to come to the dealership and buy I wanted to be contact by email. I'll come to buy a vehicle when I'm ready all I'm doing is getting information. And allowing such a bad sales person to harass someone it shouldn't be tolerated. Therefore I'm not doing any type of business with Nissan of Lewisville. To me it seems Clay cooley don't care about people. Fortunately there's other dealership who can help get my question answered in a professional manner. More
Dropped by there and thought we were going to buy 2 cars… 2.5 hours later we walked out with 0!! Dealership added $4,0000 to the price for DEFAULT add-one/extras. Additionally, we were eventually told that we could not use our own financing and STILL get the ‘favorable’ deal they were presenting. If we used our financing, the numbers went UP! all of a sudden. Disappointing!! More

Now the car is paid off. One of the “add-on” purchases was GAP. Once paid off the bank informed me that I was owed the balance of that. The bank credits the dealer and the dealership sends me the check. I called around, seems pretty standard. Couple weeks later I call Nissan Lewisville and inquire about my money. Transfer to finance. Makes since. But no one picks up and mailbox is full. Ok. Odd mid day during the week but whatever. I call couple days later, same thing. Call right back and explain again to the receptionist and ask not to be transferred. She makes a note and I actually get a call back from someone claiming to be the GM or assistant GM, one of those. He says he will look into it and call me back. As it was a Friday it may not be till Monday or Tuesday when he gets a answer. Fair enough. That was over a week ago. I have called couple more times since then and nothing. We go through cars a lot and deal all over Frisco, prosper and Lewisville but we will never go back to this location again if this is the way they treat customers after the purchase. How you expect repeat business? More

I cannot thank the Nissan group enough for my amazing experience! I came in yesterday and purchased my very first car with wonderful help from Spencer!
