This was probably one of the best transactions I had at a dealership. I went in for another truck that I thought I had reserved the day before, but when I went in I was informed that someone had put a larger dealership. I was kind of upset that I wasn't called because I had just driven all the way to the dealership, right after work. Bernard helped me out extremely efficiently, found another Ram 1500 that had a few more miles at another dealership and went over to get it. The deal went smooth enough in my opinion. I came in with an amount I was comfortable paying, and he didn't try to upsell me or make this deal impossible. I was in and out in a couple hours (after doing a test drive, valuing my trade in, and writing up the deal) and I am beyond satisfied. If I could buy another car from him specifically or Autonation I would, and may in the future. I highly recommend this team of dealerships. More
