I could not have been happier with the service I received from Richard Walsh. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up leasing a Kia Sorrento which I love. My husband was in the market for a new vehicle and buying a car has always been a painful experience for us. I decided to try something different and looked online. Honestly, I was shopping and had no intention of actually buying a car over the internet. I entered my query one evening on my ipad while watching TV. The next day, I was contacted by Howie Rosenfeld from Kia Middletown. A very nice gentleman who put me at ease in minutes. That is not an easy task. I asked several questions, got all my answers and talked to my husband about what I found out. We went to a local dealership because Kia Middletown is a 5 hour drive away and really didn't want to take the roadtrip. What could THEY do for us comparatively? Good grief...not much! Long story short, Howie's our man! A better price for the new vehicle, the price we were looking for on the trade-in and a professional saleperson that made the whole process easy. Everything he said was spot-on with the new car and he gave us what he quoted for the trade-in, sight unseen. He just ask that we tell him everything about the vehicle so that they could honor the price and we did. You have to know that my husband didn't drive 10 hours (roundtrip) for a small difference. Howie made it worth it, we saved a good chunk of money. My husband arrived, went over the paperwork, got the vehicle and was on his way home in record time. Big thumbs up to #1 - Howie Rosenfeld and Kia Middletown. Don't discount these guys. They're good people with an easy process --- this is the way of the future. Keep up the good work. No gimmicks, tricks or bait & switch tactics. He is the Internet Sales Manager & he is totally up front with everything. I transacted everything over the phone & via email for my KIA Sorento EX V6 & he was always very accommodating & honest. He even stuck with the deal even after my vehicle got involved in an accident. I only needed to go to his dealership once, to pay & pick-up the SUV & it only took me an hour & 15 minutes! Great job, Chad! More power to you & Nissan Kia of Middletown! More

We have just come from Middletown Nissan and purchasing our fourth Nissan, and our second Murano from them. As always a pleasant experience. Our sales person was Richard Walsh, aka "Rich". He has the ability to make you fell at ease, without the high pressure sales techniques. Answers all your questions, plus some you did not even think to ask. Sits down with you and carefully goes over every detail of your sale, makes sure you fully understand. Our car was not on the lot, he kept us posted by phone as to where our car was and when we could pick up. Rich personally walked us through all the steps at the dealership. Took care of arrangements for insurance and plates. It was a seamless, flawless experience. When it came time to pick up the car, Rich again spent time with us to explain all the new options. When we were ready to leave he told us to call his cell if we had any further questions. Of course we did and we did. We were taken care of on the spot, which just helps to emphasize Rich's personality and his commanding knowledge of the product he sells. I will be back!
