We were given very little real information about the cars we were interested in and the salesperson spoke to us in an arrogant and condescending manner. The prices, deals and cars offered changed from minute to minute and not for the better. There seemed to be a great deal of confusion or subterfuge on the part of the salesperson and the unseen manager. We bought the next day from Healey Kia in Vails Gate. The entire atmosphere was completely different. Every salesperson greeted us warmly even though we were already with our salesperson, we met the manager even before we test drove any cars, we had a full introduction to the inside and outside of the car before we tried it out, prices and options were clearly printed out for us. That's how I would describe the service and professionalism of this particular dealership ( Nissan of Middletown on Route 17) and Corporate. The only time we were treated with respect was when we bought our brand spanking new 2015 Nissan Quest with 11 miles on the odometer. We bought it because we knew it would fit our needs , both my wife and myself are disabled and we still have 4 children who are still in school (elementary through college) so we use this vehicle everyday several times a day. Soon after we bought it we noticed it would shimmy when going up a small hill. We live upstate so very small hills are everywhere. We took it back after having it a week and at first they said it was because it was new, all the screws and joints had to lubricate themselves as we drove the car and the issue would resolve itself, to give it another weeks time. We took it back 3 weeks later and they told us to leave it so a technician could take it home and drive it overnight to test drive it. I got a call the same day and he asked me if I had ever noticed when I hit my brakes it also shaked . Because of this assessment they kept my car for 7 days and put in the front passenger axle. Now my car not only shimmys while going up a hill but also shakes and rattles when i make left turns . I have gone back only to receive unprofessional rolling of the eyes and be treated as a nuisance. I would like this to be resolved but it seems they believe it has been since they removed a new axle and replaced it with a new one and gave me another problem. That my friends is 1 problem + 2 problems Nissan gave me = 3 problems I now have! More
Do not go here! Bought car 3 weeks ago and haven't driven it more than 30 miles yet. We've been back and 4 times for a simple problem, wheel shaking over 60 mph. Absolutely NO follow up, no one knows what's going on and we're always waiting for Chad.... Chad is the only one who can help, and he's on vacation....??? Last phone call , we were told our car hasn't even been looked at in this last week it's been there. Horrible awful and void of any common courtesy.....SHAME on YOU Nissan of Middletown!!!! More

We bought the Rogue and the whole process took less than 2 hours including a test drive and learning about our new Rogue. I am glad we found Middletown Nissan and have only good things to say! More
Worst experience ever! Rude and disrespectful staff Made an appt with Troy Schluter to see a 2009 Kia Forte for $10K. Went in and was told that the car was totaled in a previous test drive which turned out to be a load of bull since a week later the car was listed as "sold" on their website. So next he showed me a 2010 Kia Soul for $11,999 and I loved the car. He sent me on to speak with Frank the Finance Manager who talked me into a warranty and then shoved a bunch of papers in my face and kept pulling them away. When I got home I realized I was charged $13,999 for the car! When I called to speak to Troy, he was nowhere to be found and wouldn't return my phone calls. Next, I spoke to Chad and then to Andy and just kept getting the run around until they finally said "tough luck!" I have never dealt with people as rude and disrespectful as the people at this dealership. I reported it to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and they never responded to the complaint! No wonder they have an "F" rating with them. DON'T GO HERE!!!! More
Don`t be as foolish as I was to go there Went there to buy a used car. After looking at one and test driving it I left saying that I need to talk to my wife and I will call them. So I called Eugene the sales guy about 2 hours later stating that I will come back later in the day. When I arrived the car was already sold but nobody called to let me know that another customer is showing interest in the same car. Okay, since I badly needed a another car they talked me into KIA which I purchased from the. A day after I drove the car of their yard and the check engine light came on. I immediately called them and left a message for the sales guy Eugene who NEVER called me back, and I left several message for Chad Kowalewski the used car sales manager since I needed to know if I can get a loaner. He also NEVER called me back. Their customer service sucks and is bad as xxxx. I`m surprised that Nissan doesn`t do anything about it since their reputation is on the line. I wish I would have checked their online reviews first before going there. Never ever will either my wife or I buy any kind of car from them again, I already told friends and neighbors about the bad experience I made to prevent this from happening to them too. More

Run don't walk away from this dealership. Purchased a used vehicle, with a clean carfax, stupidly without getting an outside mechanic to put it on a lift. Discovered three weeks later there was massiv a used vehicle, with a clean carfax, stupidly without getting an outside mechanic to put it on a lift. Discovered three weeks later there was massive unreported undercarriage wheel damage. Our mechanic said we were lucky the one tire didn't fall off on a highway and that he would never have passed it on the NYS inspection that Nissan passed it on. Three of the four tires were even older than the auto itself although they admittedly had good tread and were only cracked on the inside! Ended up buying a new Versa that was about $3,000 more than the original car, which we traded in, since we didn't trust them for used cars but knew it would cost more in lawyers fees and time without a usable auto. The dealership did not even originally want to take the original car as a trade in and instead suggested we trade it in elsewhere "without revealing the existing damage." THATS FRAUD, Later took them to small claims court, over several small issues, including the fact that they did not provide the keyless remote. Rather than doing the right thing, they paid a lawyer to defend them. Unless the lawyer is on an unlimited retainer, they paid him more than I was suing for. Not only are they frauds, but they are bad businessmen as well. More
