I came in several times and they have a limited selection. I came in October and spoke to Dan and nick. I told them, that I had a better deal at another nissan dealership. Never Deal With Nissan! I have a 2007 Nissan Murano that recently I lost control of driving up Rt 35. The entire rear suspension gave out! I googled the situation finding I have a 2007 Nissan Murano that recently I lost control of driving up Rt 35. The entire rear suspension gave out! I googled the situation finding this is extremely common and that Nissan has not recalled it. I went to service and asked if it was recalled and they said no, and he didn't know of the issue. I told him to google it, and he told me he didn't care and if he googled a rat eating a bat he would get thousands of responses too. I have a second Nissan that I will be getting rid of too. If a company doesn't back it's products and a dealers service is too smug than I have no need for them! DO NOT BUY A NISSAN! More

I followed the protocol of filling out all the documents for the @Home Dealer purchase. I was preapproved and willing to pay the MRSP price. Then today I get a call from the sales person that wants to increase the price of the car with a label of (market adjustment price) This market adjustment price was never disclosed. I reached out to the owner of the dealership, Michael Ianelli and left him my cell phone number. No response. I received a call from the Sales manager who little to offer. I asked him to please let Mr. Ianelli know that I am expecting a call back. The best news was from a dealership in Florida and shared with me that they will find a car just like I want and will beat any deal by $750. Greed and price gauging has no place on establishing a relationship when purchasing an automobile. More

I felt like I got suckered into a brake fluid replacement for Don't let them wash the car! Went in for oil change and tire rotation at 10k miles. I felt like I got suckered into a brake fluid replacement for an extra $200. I honestly don't know anything about cars, and when they said it was reccomended, I thought it was necessary for my warranty. I realized when I got home and read my manual that the manufacturer reccomends this service at 30k miles. I called and complained and Tammy did refund the service. The other issue is the car came back in dirtier condition after the free car wash. The sides of the car were covered in spots of tire shine. I thought it was water when I left, but hours later I still can't get it off. I called and they told me to either come back or use WD-40. I don't have WD-40 in my apartment and the kitchen cleaner they suggested isn't working. I guess I have to go buy WD-40 tomorrow. Also mentioned I'm not the only person this happened to today. I guess you get what you do pay for. The roof was still dirty, I guess they just skipped that. They used to give a coupon to a local wash, I wish I had known they were doing it here, I would have just passed. This headache is partly my fault because I am naive about cars, but I feel like I got taken advantage of. Overall a big nuisance. More
