The entire team at Nissan City of Red Bank is phenomenal. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Right from the start, my salesperson, Bobby Ippolito, was professional and friendly. The sales managers, Joe Ianelli and Rich Bentley, were extremely accommodating and understanding of my individual needs. It was nice to actually feel heard at a car dealership and treated with respect. You can tell this is a family business. Even the finance people were a pleasure to work with, and when is that ever the case! (Nick Corporal and James Manos). I had been to three other Nissan dealerships prior, and none of them compared in pricing, comfort, or courtesy. I honestly can't say it enough... businesses like this should be supported. I recommend everyone use Nissan City of Red Bank. More
I was baited and switched! ! I called about a car I saw online and the person I spoke to told me the price was correct. However when I arrived they said the price was wrong and ! They also said the person who confirmed the price to me was new and didn't know any better and kept trying to show me a more expensive car. I was deeply frustrated and left. Then they called me nonstop for 3 days until I blocked their number. Also the "wrong" price I saw online which they said they were desperately trying to fix did not change for several weeks. Based on my experience I am convinced the 2 positive reviews below are written by people who work at this dealership to improve their rating. They are written too much alike and were written right after several terrible reviews including someone who they also tried to bait and switch! Seems like fraud to me!! More

**FRAUD ALERT** This dealership engages in illegal bait and switch operations. You see a decent price listed on their website, you travel to the dealership, the dealership says the price was a mistake, the and switch operations. You see a decent price listed on their website, you travel to the dealership, the dealership says the price was a mistake, they refuse to show you the car that was listed on the website, and they try to then sell you a used car that you did not come to see which is more expensive than the price of the new car you came to see on the website. They are also fast-talking and get angry at you when you are discouraged from buying a car by these shady business practices. More
Get it in writing! I bought my Rogue back in April. I was promised 36K miles of service "including wiper blades!". Went in last week for my 3rd oil change (+/- 14,00 I bought my Rogue back in April. I was promised 36K miles of service "including wiper blades!". Went in last week for my 3rd oil change (+/- 14,000 miles) and was told that I only get 2 oil changes -- $289 please for this service which was oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades and some air filter?. After having a fit, they covered the oil change and wiper blades "THIS TIME". I'm not sure which employee told me about the service but neither that I dealt with is still with the company (I wonder why?). The owner asked what I expect him to do and my answer still remains "honor the commitment made by your ex-employees". Other makes offer that service deal(Jeep Hyundai, etc) so when someone tells you that you are getting with with your $47,000 purchase, it doesn't seem "to good to be true". Beware! Get it in writing! My lease is coming to an end I emailed the below to the sales manager only to find out he was no longer there. He informed me they do this with all deals and it’s “included” however it has made my buyout sales manager only to find out he was no longer there. As I’m getting the trade in information for my vehicle I was surprised to find out how low the trade in value is. I just went through my paperwork and realized your finance guy added in all these fees for tires and extended warranties on an 18 MONTH lease on my pathfinder. I’m aware at the end of the day I signed for it. However I verbally said I did not want any of the things he was offering everything is on a screen and he is telling me sign, ok sign when he told me about the tire and wheel coverage I said I didn’t want it and he told me it was included. (It’s not “included” if you’re adding charges on the back end. ) I was happy to leave with my new car and never took the papers out until this time. I think this dealer will lose a tremendous amount of business with this type of behavior. More

Prior to the visit, I called to inquire if there was someone w I wanted to share my recent experience with Nissan Red Bank during my vehicle service. Prior to the visit, I called to inquire if there was someone who spoke Spanish, so my mom could handle it without me. Which they said they did. Unfortunately, upon arrival, there was no assistance available for her, resulting in her signing the papers without understanding their contents. To make matters worse, they performed services on my car that were never verbally agreed upon. Despite her request to stop, they insisted on following what was written on the papers. Eventually, I had to intervene and call them to address the issue. They insisted to continue with the services, claiming it was best for the car, even though I would be the one paying for it. Throughout this process, I encountered a dismissive attitude from an employee named Greg, who had a problem with hispanics. While it's understandable if he didn't speak Spanish, it would have been helpful if he listened to the clients, as the world doesn’t turn around him. Our repeated requests to refrain from performing services on my car were completely disregarded. Additionally, they also depleted the gas in my tank. When I arrived, it was half full, but when I left, I had only 45 miles of driving range. This experience was beyond what I had ever encountered during my previous visits, leaving me astonished. Furthermore, on multiple occasions when I had appointments for oil changes, they failed to inform me about the free oil changes covered by the warranty. Only one person mentioned it, and during my subsequent appointment, they acted as if I was mistaken. It's disheartening to have gone through all of this, especially considering my fondness for my Nissan Murano and the proximity of this dealership to my location. I'm unsure of what the resolution could be, but I can't help but imagine what other Hispanic customers might have experienced while trying to receive service there. Since the place changed administrative, every appointment something like this happened. More
