Highly Recommend We walked into the dealership after going to 3 other dealers. I told my wife I didn't even want to go to another place. I was exhausted. It was like p We walked into the dealership after going to 3 other dealers. I told my wife I didn't even want to go to another place. I was exhausted. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a price at the other place. I reluctantly agreed to stop in at Red Bank Nissan. I woman approached us, I figured she worked in the office. You don't see many woman selling cars. I did all my research before we went shopping. I thought I knew everything about the Maxima. Michelle, our sales person showed me things like the zero gravity seats, I didn't see that in my research. I also didn't know that in the rear back camera the solid yellow line moves and urns as you turn the steering wheel to show where your car will end up I told her we test drove the maxima but she made us do it again. She went over all the options and she was so excited about the car, we just let her show us. I am glad we did because I learned a thing or two. One dealer was a little cheaper but Michelle was well worth the extra. She even gave us one free service and loaner cars. We are very happy. More

I was immediately greeted and serviced by Ian, my sales rep. We went over all the possible car models that were available, and finally test drove an awesome 2015 Nissan Sentra. Ian did an awesome job throughout my test drive to really make me feel comfortable with this new make and model that I have never had before. He explained the great features and add-ons, as well as answered any of my questions. Needless to say, I went home that same day, just TWO hours later, with an beautiful newly leased car, that I felt like I got a great deal for. Stay Away I have never wrote one of these so this is saying a lot for me to take the time to warn you about the most incompetent dealership EVER. I won't get in I have never wrote one of these so this is saying a lot for me to take the time to warn you about the most incompetent dealership EVER. I won't get into every detail but let's say I was held "captive" for 5 hours on a Saturday waiting for a car to be delivered from another lot that happen to never show up and sent away in a loaner car. Then I was called by the sales manager on that Thursday and the car was not ready yet but I could come get it and make an appt to have the other stuff installed at a later date. Then when I went to pick up my registartion and plates they gave me the wrong plates and never handed me the registration. I refused to go back to the dealership so that will be fed ex'd to me. Meanwhile I am riding in a ride with wrong plates and a temp registration and nothing matches. This place DOES NOT CARE AT ALL about YOU as a customer. Absolutely the worst place I have ever dealt with in my life. More
Front End Alignment I own a Nissan Altima, in October 2014 I had Nissan of Red Bank NJ service the car. It took them four different service appointments to get the car a I own a Nissan Altima, in October 2014 I had Nissan of Red Bank NJ service the car. It took them four different service appointments to get the car aligned properly. The $70 alignment turned into a an $1,100 power steering rack. The icy on the cake, the service person told the tires cannot be rotated in the future or they cant align the car. The attitude of one man in the service is unacceptable. February 2015, the car needs another aligment. I am in the market for a new car, Nissan of Red Bank NJ will NOT be the place. More

New Altima for First Job As a recent graduate who just obtained my first job in my field, I needed a car that would be good on gas mileage for commuting 45 minutes to work, at As a recent graduate who just obtained my first job in my field, I needed a car that would be good on gas mileage for commuting 45 minutes to work, at a price I could afford, with comfort for my 6'4" body which barely fits in many cars. I had done some research and believed a Nissan Altima would be the best choice based on price, safety, mpg, and the proximity of the dealership to home. My father and I were immediately greeted cordially by Gregg Meoni, who offered water and coffee and was quick to get started. After the preliminary paperwork, we immediately got to test drive the car I wanted, a 2015 Nissan Altima S in the gun metallic color. The car drove smoothly and was far more comfortable than most cars I had been in for my height and wide shoulders. Once back in the dealership, we moved through paperwork and financial planning quickly, with Gregg helping explain all the details while efficiently getting everything done. As soon as we had all the basics figured out, Gregg brought an estimate of car payments (which was quite reasonable to start with, which was pleasant considering the reputations of salesmen to force a long haggling process). The recent graduate deal was great to help with financing, I recommend recent grads to look into Nissan offers. After a bit more haggling we settled on it, were congratulated by both Gregg and Chris Vinci, and were brought back to James Pearce to discuss the final details and warranties. He was completely no-nonsense and immediately got the numbers for us including warranty options. We promptly picked the most reasonable option and got to signing the paperwork. Soon after I was driving my new car off the lot happily. I was impressed at the friendliness and efficiency of all employees involved and had a remarkably easier (and shorter) time buying my first new car than I had expected. While I cannot yet speak of the car too much (as I've just barely used it) I am very satisfied with my purchasing experience and recommend Nissan World to anyone looking for a car, but especially recent graduates for the discounted Nissan offers. I am very likely to come back in the future when looking for my next car, though hopefully my Altima is an enjoyable and lasting experience. More
