After talking with Joe he tried his hardest to fit the Rouge into my budget but could not, I was so impressed with how hard he worked to make me happy and put me into the SUV I really wanted. Unfortunately he could not get me to where I had to be due to my car loan on my trade in, we shook hands and as I was leaving Michelle Marino who is one of the Sales Managers asked if she could help. To make a long story short, Michelle went out of her way to get a deal done. I have priced this SUV at other dealerships and the price I am paying is way below any of them. Michelle and her team have made a customer for life. If you live in New Jersey and want a Nissan this is the place to go, Michelle had everyone working on my deal. Even the General Manager was involved and what a great guy he is too. More

Sales Consultant Darryl Overby I used your online service to search your inventory and came up with three cars that I was interested in, so I reserved them and set up an appointment I used your online service to search your inventory and came up with three cars that I was interested in, so I reserved them and set up an appointment to see them the following day, when I arrived I was told by the online service person that all three of those cars were sold so I figured ok, the old “bait and switch” game, she then handed me off to Darryl Overby and he was kind enough to tell me truthfully that those car deals were only for your Springfield dealership and the Red Bank dealership could not honor them, while I still felt tricked I was impressed with Darryl’s honesty and it carried through the entire time that we negotiated. I ended up with a deal close to what was offered by the Springfield dealership and could not have been more pleased with Darryl’s help. More

I was met by Ian Corn one of the salesmen who had my vehicle already out for a test drive. We took it out, he explained everything about the car that I wasn’t aware of and it went very smoothly. We then moved on to the financial discussions which went as smoothly as I’ve ever had buying a car. This dealer and this salesman are top drawer and I highly recommend. More

Ian was the salesperson i spoke to, he was so nice and considerate and really listened to what my concerns were. Car shopping can be such a stressful process but Ian was lighthearted and made me feel at ease the whole time. Although i didn't make my choice at that time, I would definitely recommend this dealer, and Ian specifically to anyone looking into buying a new car! More
