Nissan Pledge to Customers Here is a Lie Service department is wonderful, but the rest of the place is not. Poor, poor customer service...do not expect your calls to be returned, not all staf Service department is wonderful, but the rest of the place is not. Poor, poor customer service...do not expect your calls to be returned, not all staff is knowledgeable, watch the finance...they did not pay the loan balance on my trade in and I got billed for payments and late fees even though I no longer owned the car. Once it was resolved, they bounced me around making excuses when I asked for a letter to cover me in case something pops up on my credit report. They have been screwing with me on this since November. Sooo disappointed since my first 2 purchases here were excellent...will not be buying another car at this location ever again. Was there for service today and given excuses that manager was busy and could not talk to me...found it suspicious since the place was empty not a customer or browser in sight. More
Purely Profesional I had a great experience at Nissan in Red Bank. I was warmly greeted by one of their professionals her name was Nichele. My daughter attends Monmouth I had a great experience at Nissan in Red Bank. I was warmly greeted by one of their professionals her name was Nichele. My daughter attends Monmouth University which isn't far from the dealership. I explained to her that I wasn't looking to purchase a vehicle until the summer. I truly expected her to blow me off after that but instead she took her time with me and showed me vehicles that would fit my needs as a parent..safe,reliable and affordable. When it is time to purchase the car for my daughter this summer I will be sure to look for Nichele! She truly represents what is hard to find these days...great customer service. Kudos to Nissan for offering top notch service. More
