I had the last straw today , i parked out front with LEMONS ALL OVER MY ALTIMA, they called the cops on me, but i was allowed to Protest. Theyve made a 17 yr old cry haggling over car prices , ive seen that. i mean a car that the AC electrical fails at 50,000. cmon...Never Again , Honda Forever More
Terrible Customer Service I am very disappointed with Customer Service. Carl in Finance was very rude and had an attitude in responding my questions. I wanted to cancel the extended warranty on my car and he said that I had to call him back. I called him back and told me that I had to call him back again. He was not helpful at all. When I called Randy the "Manager" the same thing happened. She justified Carl and overlooked the fact that someone in the dealership was rude and had an attitude. She justified him saying that maybe he was tied up with work. Terrible service! I don't recommend them to anyone. More
This is my 4th vehicle with Nissan I like to service my cars at dealership so they can give the best service. But my experience with customer service to get oil change or recalls is no good it is unbelievable the service is very poor. There sales men however pushes it.. But service reps no good... No loaners no help no good... Never convient... Will never recommending anyone to sea with there service. More

NOT THE WORST, NOT THE BEST BOUGHT A CLEAN USED AWD NISSAN ROGUE. I WAS TOLD THE CAR WENT THROUGH A VIGOROUS INSPECTION. THAT WEEKEND I REALIZED THEY LIED = I didnt say anything, BOUGHT A CLEAN USED AWD NISSAN ROGUE. I WAS TOLD THE CAR WENT THROUGH A VIGOROUS INSPECTION. THAT WEEKEND I REALIZED THEY LIED = I didnt say anything, but I've been working on cars for 15+ years. the following weekend, i went through the whole car with a fine tooth comb. Findings: 1. filthy engine air filter 2. filthy cabin filter 3. torn rear window wiper 4. virtually unusable front window wipers 5. right / rear TPMS (dead battery) - So i ended up doing my own work: changed engine oil, transfer-case fluid, rear differential fluid, all filters, wipers, etc. More

I have a Nissan Altima (very clean one), I went there one time before to service my car and since then they kept sending me letters to trade in my car I have a Nissan Altima (very clean one), I went there one time before to service my car and since then they kept sending me letters to trade in my car and finally I went in. I asked them first to evaluate my car and they gave me a joke price for Altima and they kept talking about giving me a new car and not trading in my car as their letter said (buying your car for up to 20% more than car book value REGARDLESS CONDITION) which is of course a trick to make you come in AND HE NEVER GAVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWERS ABOUT THE LETTER and we started talking about a new vehicle but the guy who I sat with (I think some kind of manager) told me that the numbers on NISSANUSA website aren't true and they are using them to trick the customers. (Which I am reporting to NISSAN USA). He was negotiating with us on the new vehicle and he was supposed to check an offer for us and he went in his office and a minute later sent his employee and said (this is what it is and nothing more) He never came back to us or even as a courtesy came and said I am sorry I can’t give you more than that since he sat with us by himself. I have been to many other dealerships and never been treated this way! WATCH AND DONT BELIEVE THEIR LETTERS!! More
