The general manager called me to apologize and told me he would set up a free oil change car wash and loaner for the day all I had to do was drop my car off at 7am on 9/24 I called on my way to the deanship since I never received a call confirming the appointment and they had no record of my appointment and told me they don't give loaner cars for oil changes !! Thank you to the general manager for following through with your apology and making sure all went smoothly with my oil change that I did not receive!! Do not go to this dealer they are HORRIBLE!!!! This is the third car I have leased from them and it will definitely be my last!! More

This dealership is the reason this will be our LAST Nissan . If I could give them zero stars I would. Not only did the dealership lie about a recent sale and not get back to us about a problem they caused , Tony H the salesman was not helpful at all with the situation / problem at hand. Unfortunately because of Nissan world of Red Bank this will be our last purchase of a Nissan vechile. More

The sale process with Tony was extremely smooth and I was really happy until I had to deal with Carl Oliveira the business/finance manager, a real terror and embarrassment to Nissan. Carl was was extremely pushy in attempting to sell expensive, useless maintenance warranties giving us the message that the quality of Nissan cars are so bad that you need a 6 years warranty and start paying for it on the first day of the purchase of your brand new Nissan !! His high pressure sale, rude attitude when I refused to sign his paper and even a racist remark he made to me after I finally gave up and signed for an optional Gap warranty/contract for $895 just to shut him off ! left me real unhappy when I finally left Nissan More

The customer service and attention to my needs surpassed all other dealers. From the amazing back office and customer care (Dawn) to my sales rep Larry who I had the honor of doing business with. Even all the managers Hector and Amir as well as Huey the Director who helped me get into a car of my dreams. Truly an incredible staff and very friendly. I had the last straw today , i parked out front with LEMONS ALL OVER MY ALTIMA, they called the cops on me, but i was allowed to Protest. Theyve made a 17 yr old cry haggling over car prices , ive seen that. i mean a car that the AC electrical fails at 50,000. cmon...Never Again , Honda Forever More
Terrible Customer Service I am very disappointed with Customer Service. Carl in Finance was very rude and had an attitude in responding my questions. I wanted to cancel the ext I am very disappointed with Customer Service. Carl in Finance was very rude and had an attitude in responding my questions. I wanted to cancel the extended warranty on my car and he said that I had to call him back. I called him back and told me that I had to call him back again. He was not helpful at all. When I called Randy the "Manager" the same thing happened. She justified Carl and overlooked the fact that someone in the dealership was rude and had an attitude. She justified him saying that maybe he was tied up with work. Terrible service! I don't recommend them to anyone. More

No loaners no help no good... Never convient... Will never recommending anyone to sea with there service. More
