I went to 5 different dealerships to drive nearly every mid-sized SUV on the market. I came back to Nissan Carson City specifically to buy a car from Rebecca. Rebecca knows her stuff! She has an in-depth k mid-sized SUV on the market. I came back to Nissan Carson City specifically to buy a car from Rebecca. Rebecca knows her stuff! She has an in-depth knowledge of every feature on each different trim level, whereas I was having to correct salespeople at other dealerships. After our first test drive, I texted her about coming back to show my husband the car. She had all the options ready and waiting for us, and remembered every detail from the very specific features I mentioned wanting the day before. Rebecca truly seemed committed to finding me the exact car I wanted, without ever feeling rushed to make a decision. I've never received that level of customer service before. They didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot and tracked it down within 24 hours and I love it.
