Being told you can't take the car when no one told us anything, the sales manager comes out and lies that we are explained everything, yelling and belittling me. Took my car and left..... lied too and belittled....This was so upsetting, normally I don't let people get to me, but shaking. Update to my 12/02 posting. The sales manager called me yesterday 12/04/2023. Ron Wells I believe his name was. He said he had heard what had happened. He told me he would refund my American Express card and send me via email a copy of the receipt showing it was done. Contacted American Express this morning and nothing !!!!! No emails either. They have $7700 of my money and have not released it at least they have not shown me that they have. More
