Oil Change Brought my vehicle to have its regular oil change, Elizabeth set me up with the best advisor that would handle any concerns I had. Shocked!!!!! I had called on a Saturday about getting my car serviced. I was informed no more available appointment due to it was a Saturday. I decide to take my c I had called on a Saturday about getting my car serviced. I was informed no more available appointment due to it was a Saturday. I decide to take my chances and went. When I arrived I saw a long line of cars and customers. I was backing out and a gentleman approached me and asked if he can assist me. I said I needed a service on my car and I asked how long is the wait. He did mention a minimum of a couple of hours. So I decided to stay and take a risk. An hour passed and Julio Castaneda advise me that my vehicle was ready and washed. I was SHOCKED to see that my advisor was on top of his game, especially on a weekend. I had went to other dealers and never received service as quick as Buena Park Nissan. Buena Park is lucky to have an employee like Julio to take care of customers. More
