Today I got a BRAND NEW 2019 Nissan Rogue sport with the help of the insanely patient Cheryl and I could not be happier today ! I literally took the long way home just so I could be in my car longer. That w help of the insanely patient Cheryl and I could not be happier today ! I literally took the long way home just so I could be in my car longer. That was because Cheryl made sure I was obsessed with my car before I left her lot. There were times when I was unsure or wanted to look at a different car or wanted different seats and she did whatever I needed. I of course went for the boujier version because I “needed” the leather seats even tho i knew it was going to be pricier and probably shouldn’t have, I did it anyway. And to my surprise the GM crunched numbers every way possible so I received all rebates. Every single person I came in contact with today was helpful. John was even able to help me customize a care package that was just right for me. And to the people who detailed my car for me an extra thank you because it was cold today. Everyone was seriously amazing and I can’t say a negative thing about this place. I’m not a person to even take the time to write reviews and here I am because I really just had a great experience and I can not WAIT to drive to work tomorrow ! More

First oil change and rotate tires on my new Murano. It only took a half hour to complete the oil change and tire rotation which was great. Then there was grease handprints all over my car that I just washed for me trip. Including the inside. Mechanic should have cleaned up after himself.
