$196. 10 to tell me exactly what I already knew about the issue and not fix the problem. Will never use this 'Stealership' again. Service staff member 10 to tell me exactly what I already knew about the issue and not fix the problem. Will never use this 'Stealership' again. Service staff member was only doing their job, but this Stealership charging a customer $196.10 to say there's nothing they can do to fix a warped sunroof glass and send me on my way is horrible customer service. Asked me to drop off early so they could get to it. Sat until the afternoon, was after 5pm when I finally received a call saying they see the issue but it's not covered and will be $1292 for new sunroof glass. Clearly a manufacturing defect that this Stealership wants to ignore / not report on. Extended warranty denied the glass issue as well. Nissan 422 of Limerick / Bush Auto Group 👎 More

This was a pretty bad experience. My husband and I have owned 4 Nissans prior to out most recent purchase. We were very happy with our first 3 with absolutely no complaints. Our 4 My husband and I have owned 4 Nissans prior to out most recent purchase. We were very happy with our first 3 with absolutely no complaints. Our 4th car we noticed that the car needed all new tires and breaks at 22,000 miles. Very odd. We found out they used significantly cheaper tires and breaks on their newer cars and that almost everyone with a 2020 nissan or newer was also having this issue. We went to purchase our 5th Nissan in August of 2024. Our usual salesperson, who we love, who we made the appointment with wasn't there when we arrived. No one told us this prior to us walking in. We felt uncomfortable meeting with someone else. But none the less we were just pricing out options so we stayed. The sales person helping us kept making little digs about the person who usually helps us. A little unprofessional and then he straight up tells us our sales person is never coming back and starts talking badly about him and telling us how he quit. We ultimately purchased a brand new car from this man and within 2 weeks the check engine light comes on. We contact the service department at the dealership immediately. They tell us to bring the car in 5 days after we called because they dont have any appointments available. We bring the car in and they tell us nothing is wrong with it and that to computer just glitched. Not even a day later the light comes back on and the app on my phone for the car says the transmission need immediate attention. We call them again. They tell us to bring the car in and tried to make us wait another several days. We couldn't even drive the car at this point and the service department was not being very helpful or taking us seriously. I decided to call the salesman who sold us the car thinking maybe he can get us to someone who could help. His response to me was "you're not going to like my answer, it isn't pretty, but there's nothing I can do for you." The sales person and service department never called us back after this. So theeeen I had to get mean and call every single supervisor and manager until someone finally called me back. Everyone acted like they had no clue what I was talking about and kept telling me there's nothing they could do. The manager of the entire dealership finally called me back. He was very nice, tols us to bring the car right in and got us a rental car to drive and it was fixed. I stopped in to pick up the rental car and the sales person who sold us the car told me he needed the key to the car. Which I thought was very odd because the service department already had our other key. I gave him the key and left in the rental car. Turns out the car was a lemon and the transmission was bad and backordered. They had out car from August until Mid November. Nissan ultimately bought the car back and paid us back our money. The salesperson lost our second key and claimed he had no idea who we were and that I never gave him the key. That I needed in order to turn the vehicle back over to Nissan. I would never buy a car from this dealership again. The entire situation was handled so poorly and their communication skills are absolutely horrific. The sales person in my opinion should be fired. He said he had no memory of us, but how many lemons could the dealership have sold that were that bad that he didn't remember the situation. He lost a $500 key fob and instead of just saying he misplaced it he continued to say I never gave it to him. I had to go back through my messages and find the date and time I was at the dealership for them to pull up the cameras and see me hand him the key. Ridiculous! Loved this dealship and Nissan until this situation. More
