I tried calling both the General Manager and the Sales Manager last week, immediately after I learned - by email - that you sold the car I put a deposit on to someone else. Neither one had the courtesy to return my call, then or since. That's when I contacted Nissan US Customer Support. My being "away" when I contacted your dealership about buying this car is completely irrelevant - both the Sales Manager and General Manager knew exactly when I would be back in just over a week to finish the paperwork and pick up the car. That sure didn't stop you from accepting my $2000 deposit! Since then I have had to buy another car - from a different dealer - which was delivered today. This was a nearly identical 2019 Nissan Sentra with low miles. But your dealership's breach of our agreement cost me an extra $1000. As I said told Nissan, this is not how you should treat customers.
