Went to Nissan 24 to look at two 2009 Nissan Altimas that was on their website. Unfortunately, both these cars were sold the day before. I went in there with no money down and good credit. I only wanted to spend 14,000-14,500 on a 09 or newer altima with under 35k on it. Which is under book value but i saw some advertized around that price with a few more options that the base 2.5s. Smitty, My salesperson was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. We looked at about 4 cars but unfortunately most of them just had too many miles or too many paint chips. We found one with 35k exactly, base 2.5s with no additional packages on it, the asking price was 15,800. I loved the car but was upset about the price being well over what i wanted to spend, especially since they sold two similar cars the day before with more options for 14,000. I made an offer for 14,800 on it and ended up paying 15,200 for it, about 400 under kbb book value. There were about 4-5 dings on doors which dealer had removed and came out perfect. I wanted to include sales tax and end up at about 270/month for 6 years. The sales team worked with me well to achieve this. I highly recommend dealing with them because they really do work with you on pricing of the vehicle. Once I got in the finance office to sign papers I was offered gap insurance, which also i said ok.That's very important when putting no money down to cover you in case of a total loss. Then was offered a 3 year 36k warranty.I said ok to this. All of a sudden my price was 304.00 per month. A little more than I wanted to spend. I asked how much the warranty was? Leanne in financing explained it was a nissan factory warranty and could be used at any nissan dealer around the country. The price was 1800. I had paid 1100 through quirk for a warranty for 5 years 48,000 miles on a previous vehicle. However, this was not a nissan factory warranty. LeAnne Explained alot of warranty companies go out of business and alot of times when a car is out of warranty things will go. I decided to accept the warranty though I still think it was a ridiculous price. LeAnne was very courteous and friendly as well.. Overall I do recommend this dealer ship because they had great customer service skills, they made the car look flawless, they got an extra key made free of charge, they detailed again after having it for a few weeks for free because of lingering odor. I was able to negotiate what i feel is a fair price for a nice car.. I wish I could have spent 1000 less, but couldnt find anything similar at other dealers at the time and needed a car. My big and only complaint is the price and duration of the warranty. Before you go in the finance office you have a number in your head and by the time you get out of there its 30.00 a month more, which doesnt seem like alot but over 6 years is.So even though i recommend this dealership, its always good to shop around. also if you see something you like on the website and see the price suddenly went down, dont wait! go get it before someone else does.I made the mistake of waiting about a week on a car the same as mine but 1000 less. It's all about timing, if the dealer has the car longer they drop the price to get rid of it. I plan on paying extra a month for this car and keeping it a little past warranty and then trading it in (3-4 years) I will probably return to nissan 24 or consider coastal nissan in Norwell. Overall a good experience. Pro's: Great Customer Service, friendly staff, willing to negociate on pricing. Went above and beyond to make sure interior smelled perfect,went above and beyond to make sure dings went out, Great service department.. Picked up car same day. Cons: High price for warranty,Website not being updated daily, and took a little too long to process paperwork and make deal (was there for 4 hours, but got car the later that day. I was a previous customer of quirk. Their prices are much higher compared to book value than this dealership, paperwork fee is about the same, warranty is less money and more time, but not "factory" and wait time to process deal was about an hour. I went in this dealership because I found a great deal online. As I walk in I am greated by a sales man and I tell him I have found a car online and wanted to see it and test drive it. When I tell him what the car is he did not even know they had that car on the lot. Whatever, not a big deal even though it took him a few minutes to find the car and whatnot. Then we test drive it and everything was fine and I wanted to take it to my mechanic and have them look at it. He said thats perfectly fine but I have to sign a contract first(weird!) and put a deposit down. I said I could put the deposit down no problem but I was not signing anything and we literally argued about this for almost an hour and I wanted to see a manager. He went to get the manager but came back alone and said the manager wanted him to handle it on his own. RUDE. When the manager finally came over they were saying it was procedure (the paper said PURCHASE AGREEMENT, which I had not even agreed to purchase the car yet!) Manager snatches the paper away and says fine she doesnt have to sign it and just walks away. Rude again. Next day I take it to my mechanic and within 20 minutes of him looking at it he notices the body work was clearly re-done, badly. And discovers it had been in an accident. I take it back and tell them about this and demand my deposit back. After a day wasted I waited about a half hour to get my deposit back. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!! More

I have been looking for a Pre owned Frontier i live locally and drive by everyday. I met Kelsie Marchesi back in march when i made my first stop at the dealership when i was next door at the gas stati locally and drive by everyday. I met Kelsie Marchesi back in march when i made my first stop at the dealership when i was next door at the gas station getting gas. At the time of my first visit they did not have any pre owned frontiers but kelsie called me when the dealership took one in for a trade in so i made a trip down and was greeted by Kelsie right away. I let Kelsie the Salesman know that my credit is not good but is also not the worst. He treated me great he even bought me a coffee. Unfortunately i did not end up buying the frontier due to my own financial issues but i have every intention on buying my next vehicle from Kelsie no matter what. I had been to a few dealers prior to going to nissan 24 and as soon as i would explain that i am a little credit challenged they treated me like i was a nobody, but not Kelsie he's a great guy and i will be sending anyone that asks me where they should buy a car to go see Kelsie at Nissan 24 the service was great even the sales manager Alex was a great guy and treated me with nothing but respect. My wife and I both highly recommend Kelsie Marchesi and Nissan 24 if you want to be treated rite. More

In particular the gentleman/Salesman I dealt with while I was there, Mr. Kelsie Machesi was fantastic an would and have recommended other friends, family, and co-workers to go and see. Mr. Machesi, was an overall a great salesman he put me in extremly comfortable state and made me feel as though I truly did matter an tried to work with me on each vehicle I was interested as well as being knowledgeable on each vehiclde that I was interested in. Which I found to be a really unique experiance with this dealership compared with other dealerships in the general area, I had been to prior Nissan 24. I found the dealerships I went to before Nissan 24, they would just gave you an uneasy feeling at times and almost a "pushy" at time feeling, and unless they knew you were 100% interested in buying a car that day they didnt give you their full attention or which made any sort of comfortability level almost impossible. I personally feel that even if your buying a car that day or just price shopping you should be a given out of respect for any possible client who walks in the door that common courtesy and respect since it is your money your spending, thats just my opinion and I feel should be always be shown an expected. When I went to Nissan 24, and imparticularly while dealing with the salesman Mr. Marchesi I received his full attention the entire time, answered all my questions without hesitation and was always upfront and direct with his answers an was honest with particular cars or models I was looking at, So due to my experiance there and with Mr. Marchesi I would recommend Nissan 24 over many if not the majority of dealerships in the area. This dealership knows how to treat repeat customers with respect. Everybody says it but even the finance manager remembered us a few minutes into signing the paperwork. We went in a few years back to purchase a Nissan Quest and had a smooth purchasing experience that time. The second time around was for a used car for my son. The dealership came back with a price that made us feel great about buying the car which in my opinion rarely happens. The sales manager John was a pleasure to work with and never felt advisarial despite a wide gap to bridge in the initial offers. A+ for no pressure and fulfilling everything without hounding them. My son loves his 04 Sentra that we purchased a couple months ago but probably would never have wanted it if not for the salesman Matt Sorgman encouraging him to get out and actually giving him an awesome lesson in driving a standard. He had NEVER driven one before but after a few minutes of encouraging lessons my son was feeling confident enough to seriously consider driving a stick. I didn't think it would take my son too long to pick up on it but feel everyone would be a better driver for having learned how to drive a standard. That was made easier that day for sure by some easy going salemanship/driving instruction. My son is loving this car and having the stick shift encourages eyes on the road instead of on a cell phone! I would, and do, recommend this dealer to people I know. More
As of March 26,2012 Nissan 24 of Brockton has a new look on their internet sight. Let me tell you why. I went there to purchase a used Altima, but was discouraged from doing so. So I was introduced to a new sales person nice guy Kelsie, but wasn't familiar with the Nissan environment. So I left the dealership leaving a $500.00 deposit on a 2008 Subaru Imprezza. Received a call from Alex Glad on Monday, he said I was approved to purchased the vehicle. I went to the dealership Monday evening. The car was sold to me for $14,600. So I ponder on the deal, I didn't have a good feeling about purchasing this vehicle so I went online looking for Altima with low mileage. So I called on a few the said they were all sold. So I looked for the Subaru online to look at all the feature. I couldn't believe it the price online for the Subaru was $13,731.00. I called Alex and Kelsie I was told some crap about all prices online reflexed a $2000.00 down payment but, there was no mention of this on this online. I went to the dealership and dealt with Damon who honored the price online, gave the additional down paymnet and waited for the sale rep to give me a call. I left message for Alex, John and Damon with no luck. I then spoke to Mark who promise he would take care of the matter the following morning. No luck- so I called Ed Kardon I think that was his name told him what happen and how I was treated like I did something wrong. He didn't call me back!!!! It took 7 days and me standing in the dealership demanding to take my vehicle home. I arrived at 4:20 and they made me wait around for over 2.5 hours. My credit was poor, but they knew that before I walked in the door. The whole sales team treated me like I was wrong for looking to get the best deal I could. Buyer beware!!!! More
