This was a great dealership! Mark was so helpful and honest with us. They gave a such a great deal on a new 2012 Nissan Rouge. They were the best deal around and saved us almost $2,000. Bought a 2009 rogue. Had some detail issues -wiper, sensor, etc team fixed every issue. Good price decent people. They addressed every concern and any complaint I had. Honest dealership. Manny was unbelievable. The whole package..... He had the experience, knowledge, and patience needed to by the "right" car. He never pushed me into buying anything that I didn't need or want. The whole process took much longer than I was told, I didn't get my car until 2-3 days later than the expected date. Do not go here.. Terrible service! Liars, sketchy, I had less problems with my first car from a junk yard. They sold me a car with illegal tint with out telling me, lied about the price which my mom later f less problems with my first car from a junk yard. Brandell was very helpful, he wasn't a pushy salesman and really went out of his way to help meet all the needs of my vehicle purchase. I would defiantly go to him if you are looking for a new car. I went to Nissan 24 looking to lease a 2012 Altima. First of all they're prices are so high and the sales person, Jeff, claimed I wasn't going to find pricing any lower. I was quoted 289 a month here and 189 of all they're prices are so high and the sales person, Jeff, claimed I wasn't going to find pricing any lower. I was quoted 289 a month here and 189 a month at Coastal Nissan in Norwell. Norwell ran out of 2012 so I stopped here. I really wanted the 2012 so I accepted the 289 a month and put $1,000 down. Only to find out the bank didn't approve the lease. Nissan 24 then proceeded to check my credit 5 TIMES!?! Absolutely unnecessary. It should have been checked 2 maybe 3 times. Once at the dealership then once by the bank, 2 depending on where they sent it. BUT 5 TIMES!!! Without my permission they submitted my credit to banks for used car loans, which I did not ask for! My credit monitoring app immediately notified me that they did this. Absolutely disgraceful. I did not ask for a used car. Then trying to get the $1,000 back, that a whole other story! Kim originally told me I could come in any day before 5 to get my refund (I paid by debit card). I go in on a Saturday and Jeff tells me the woman who "works the card machine is only here Monday-Friday." RIDICULOUS! I then hounded them with 5 phone calls on Monday checking on my refund. My first call to Jeff was answered with, "I haven't checked it yet." So I proceeded to call Kim, which she never answers. I get a call at 2pm Monday telling me my refund was being put through. It didn't go through until the next week! Are you kidding me! Talk about horrible customer service. Once I told Jeff I had already purchased a car I was treated like dirt, especially on the phone. He would hang up before I could even get me next word in. So rude. BEWARE. Do NOT use this dealer. Do your research. More
