Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I spoke with two sales representatives about an Audi I was looking to buy, and I wanted a lot of information and everything regarding the vehicle because I live 3 hou sales representatives about an Audi I was looking to buy, and I wanted a lot of information and everything regarding the vehicle because I live 3 hours away, so I wanted to know what my monthly payment and everything would be over the phone. I also asked (since i’m out of state) if i’ll be able to drive the car off the lot that day if I decided to purchase it, and both representatives told me that I would be able to just transfer my current plates. So I get to the dealership, and the car has scratches and dings that were NOT mentioned in the AD. I over look it and ask him about the monthly payments, and he went $100 over what the other sales representative CONFIRMED it would be over the phone, and they would not negotiate the price AT ALL with me. And they also said they wouldn’t let me drive it off the lot that day anyways because they can’t just switch the plates. This dealership cost me money and valuable time, they were extremely dishonest, and customer service was pretty rude, never EVER going here again, and I would advise everyone else against it if you want to save headaches and anger! More

The manager Manny was awesome and honest. Dealing with Nissan 24 did not make me feel pressured into leasing a vehicle. I definitely recommend Nissan 24. I have had it with this dealership! I bought a Nissan, Altima 2015, in February 2016. This car is 4 years old. I had a breakdown with the car less than a year ago and transmission broke down. Both the dealership and corporate office gave me a difficult time and stress regarding this matter. Until they finally agreed to pay a portion as “due deligence”. A few months ago I brought my car back into the dealership and was presented with the fact that the car had a computer issue and needed a new system, which cost some money to replace. Just now recently, the car gets brought back in to the dealership and they diagnose it with a transmission problem (less than a year later). The dealership reports for me to call and file a claim with corporate and so I did. The car was left at the dealership for about a week, with no offer of a rental. Playing phone tag with the corporate manager to give me a call back was about six days. I finally spoke to the corporate manager today, who reports that due to the last transmission courtesy they are not willing to pay for the transmission due to the fact that it’s been 12 months and out of warranty. It has not been 12 months, and I don’t care if it’s out of warranty! So who oversees the parts that the dealership puts in?! Your telling me that a car that just had a new transmission put in less than a year ago, needs a new transmission? That is absolutely ridiculous. I asked to speak to the corporate manger’s supervisor and he apparently is the top person to speak to. His direction was that unfortunately he doesn’t specialize in the labor of the job. But that they rely on the dealership to do the job correctly. What if the dealership didn’t do the job correctly? “Unfortunately due to out of warranty nothing they can do, and that I should contact the dealership”. Terrible, terrible dealership and customer service!!!! I’ve had a recall on this xxxxty car since the week I bought it 2016. Since the corporate and dealership have failed me for the third time, I will make my voice heard. More

Ed McCarthy, 5 cars and counting- 8 at this dealership Nissan products are great, but our salesman, Ed McCarthy keeps getting us back in the showroom. He knows what we want and is always easy to work with. Nissan products are great, but our salesman, Ed McCarthy keeps getting us back in the showroom. He knows what we want and is always easy to work with. He knows the product and doesn't try to sell us what we don't want or need with pushy tactics. I have had many vehicles over my lifetime and I do my homework prior to walking into the showroom so I don't appreciate being treated as if I don't know what I am talking about. Ed has a great demeanor and attitude which is not common in salesrooms today. Ed also personalizes the experience sharing great stories about his precious granddaughter. He checks in with us over time and always has time for us when we stop in for service. It's called trust. More
