I had to retract my previous review. No where during the time I was with Matt at the dealership did he mention that there was a $1500 charge for “Break Plus”( the break lights flicker wh No where during the time I was with Matt at the dealership did he mention that there was a $1500 charge for “Break Plus”( the break lights flicker when you apply the pedal). No where when I was signing paperwork with the finance guy did he mention this insane change. Shame on me for not checking the paperwork, but I’ve never been taken advantage of in the past. Make sure you check over every square inch of the paperwork (which they give you on a thumb drive) More

After buying my Nissan Rogue from them, getting it serviced through them, I was confident in going back to purchase a new Sentra. What a mistake that was! I informed the sales person, Brianna told me serviced through them, I was confident in going back to purchase a new Sentra. What a mistake that was! I informed the sales person, Brianna told me she had a Sentra with all wheel drive off site and that it had all the features I requested. She told me that she would take care off all the paperwork as far as the car was concerned and she would have the car ready for pick up as soon as she could. I had no reason to doubt her or Nissan 24 because of my prior dealings with the dealership, and sad to say I was wrong, the car has nothing I asked her for and now the dealership has stopped all communication with me and basically they refused to rectify the situation! More

Absolute CROOKS, sold me a car that they knew was messed up, after spending 20k on a new car that needed body work, not to mention later i find out they just superglued the headlight to the body!! I went in with a pre approval offer for 3.99% the finance person said don't worry ill get you something better. After them making me wait in a small office for what seemed like 7 hours someone came back and i just honestly wanted to get my car and leave, STUPIDLY of me i did not read the APR carefully..... 7.99% with some bank that's based out of texas! I've been sending nissan corporate many letters/messages and come to find out they can't do anything if one of their dealers that's bears the NISSAN name on it messes up or acts crooked..... way to go nissan, just slap your name on whoever wants it and let them act accordingly!! after trying to get ahold of the GM leaving messages and only getting call back from people who absolutely CANT DO ANYTHING FOR ME, I've given up, i did give up on trying to get myself into another car of equal or lesser value ( i wasn't even trying to go for an upgrade) i want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else! BEWARE of this dealer!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM, their sales team or the guys behind that plastic cheap desk that gives you offers for your car....... honestly don't want another Nissan after dealing with this nightmare! More
