Purchased a new 2018 Frontier Marvin was a fantastic sales person to work with. He was very transparent and sincerely cared to make sure our experience was pleasant. I was not very impressed with Mark, the sales manager. We had first agreed to a price and when we arrived in a snowstorm we realized it was for the wrong truck. The truck we wanted turned out to be $1800 more. At that point I felt we would need to go home and think about it since it was pushing the budget. I may add that this was the last day of the $2000 Nissan incentive. After my wife and I got home we realized that it was an unintentional mistake and felt we could move forward with the purchase. I called Mark back at 7:30 that night to see if there might be some relief due to the circumstances but was willing to buy the truck. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes. The call never came. I called back and you were closed. I called the first thing on Tuesday and received no reply. On Wednesday morning I received an email from Mark stating that the vehicle was now $1000 more due to the change in incentives. I asked if we could back date the sale since I called on the last day to try and lock it in. He said no and I said I'd reach out to Nissan and see what they could do since they had personally called me the day before, knowing my interest in a new purchase. I called Mark back and told him they couldn't do much and said I should try and work something out with you. Mark then said he would see what he might be able to do and get back to me. He did not call me back. When I called him back later that day he said the price would not change. I agreed to buy the truck but was very disappointed being left out in the cold by not reaching back out. When we arrived the next morning to do the paperwork and finalize the deal, he just pointed us over to Marvin (thankfully) and we never heard from him again. Had I had the privilege to work with Marvin from the beginning, we would have saved $1000 which I felt should have happened. I know he would have been a man of his word and returned the calls if he promised to do so. I was so worn down at that point I just caved and really felt the $400+ dealer expense should have been waived due to the dealer mix-up and lack of personal treatment from the outset. I am a sole proprietor and service to my clients is so important. I certainly would have handled this differently if the shoe was on the other foot. I felt, under the circumstances, that a little relief was due. I do think your dealership offered us a good value but highly disapprove of the negotiations. I plan on purchasing a new Rogue within a year and will definitely consider where I might do business on the next go-around. I am a loyal Nissan owner and have purchased 4 so far. The 5 star ratings are because of Marvin. More

Then they present me with the DERANGED monthly payment of $556.13 X 72 Months = $40,041.36 PLUS the $1500 d They advertise a 2017 vehicle for $29,630. Then they present me with the DERANGED monthly payment of $556.13 X 72 Months = $40,041.36 PLUS the $1500 down payment for a grand total of $41,541.36. When you advertise a vehicle online for $29,630 and then proceed to magically add $11,911.36 to the price that is GROSSLY INSULTING and the epitome of a BAIT and SWITCH. Not sure if these folks even know what the word epitome means More
