Bait and switch I had been researching to Re-Lease another Nissan Altima since my current one was coming to an end. I had communicated the terms and the price of the lease with their business office a week before since the dealership was far from my house. When I got there, it was not any different than your typical dealership. What they had promised me in writing was different than what I was going to get. After negotiating for hours, they finally got me the price that was confirmed with them prior to my arrival at the dealership. Since I was frustrated by my experience, I didn't pay close attention to how they charged me for my Taxes on the lease. Unfortunately for me, I didn't find out about my mistake until I got home. This oversite on my part cost me an extra $900 in taxes. I did try to reach out to the sale managers to remedy this issue, but I was told that I got the best deal possible. My only way out was to return the car to them and reverse the 6 hours process that I had gone through days before. They also said they can give me credit towards future service if I chose to, but I live 50 miles away so that wasn't not feasible option for me. More

Lack of communication, work for your refund We went in on a Sunday with poor credit and were upfront about that. We gave a down payment on my debitcard (required that day even though they couldn't apply for the financing until Monday, but assured me that refund would be issued if unable to finance). I use mobile banking so saw it pending out of my account right away and Tuesday it came out of my bank account. Salesman told us he'd call Monday or Tuesday so at 2pm on Tuesday when we hadn't heard we decided to check in. The salesman says that the bank wants $3500 (on a $7500 vehicle, so about half) rather than the amount given. That was more than we could afford so he said he'd see what the banks could do and call back by 3/4pm that day. We never got a callback and by Friday still haven't seen a refund even pending to deposit my account. I call and they can't refund without my card #, exp. date, and security code on card, otherwise must come in with card to return ( how inconvenient, if the transaction didn't go through the refund should be processed without my extra hassel..and as far as giving card info over phone-not in this day and age) They tell me it's because they don't know who they are speaking with(which would be acceptable except that I am asking you to refund what you took by means of how you took it ). I am okay with the fact that the loan wasn't successful as that was a possibility, but Very putoff by the fact that no one ever called to confirm that the banks weren't going to work with us, nor was I refunded or called to ask me to give my info or come in for my refund. I have a vehicle and ready for a trade-in in next year or so..I also have excellent credit,ironically (it's my spouse that doesn't and was trying to establish credit with a small car loan -they have on their website that they work with all credit).. I DEFINITELY will not be giving my business here! More
Just bought a new car! I just bought my second car from Nissan 24. My last car, a Nissan Versa, was tired with almost 100k miles on it. I brought it in for service and one of the managers, Jerry called and asked if I would like to drive away with a brand new 2018 Sentra. With the help of their ROCK STAR team, we made it happen.....and I am SO HAPPY we did! Over the last 4 years I have been 100% satisfied with the service department at this dealership. Thank you to Derek in Service for always taking care of me, and being one of the main reasons why Nissan 24 makes me a happy customer. Thank you all again for car number 2. You will have me for the next one! I LOVE MY NEW SENTRA! More
