Walking into Nissan 112 was an automatic sigh of relief. Danny was helpful and reassuring that he would find the right car for her and he did. She and I are so pleased and thankful to have worked with someone so personable and understanding. More

Alan was great he listened to everything we told him and asked many questions to really understand what we where looking for. It was refreshing that he never once tried to pressure us into making a decision. Alan told us he would go to bat to get us the deal we wanted and he delivered. Buying the Pathfinder had as much to do with Alan as it had to do with the Pathfinder itself. Dealing with him was a great experience and one other sales people should look to emulate. As great as dealing with Alan was dealing with the finance guy was the opposite. He rushed through the whole process and seemed like he would rather be anywhere else then with us at that moment. When we would ask a question he would fast talk us and acted like any concern we might have was not a big deal, shrug it off and move onto the next thing as quickly as possible. Again Alan deserves more kudos then I can put on here. I would give him 10 stars if I could. More

It's really sad when you come into a dealership and purchase not 1 but two cars and you get taken advantage of. Shame is a understatment. Things was added to my loans i wasn't aware of. Thank god i found out. A good dealership is honest. What you did brought tears to my eyes. Honesty will get you better sales and referrals. Being dishonest will get you no where. Thank god i found a dealership that didn't hid any hidden cost and was honest. Start the new year right with your customers. More
Terrible Customer Service/Follow Up and Inferior Used Car I went into this Dealership excited to be getting a car. I financed a 2013 Nissan Rogue. The Salesperson Eric Wohlrab was very nice and helpful. After driving the car the 2nd day I realized there were issues, mainly loud road noise, a creaking sound when I turned the steering wheel, a loud crackling when I accelerate and the tire pressure light won't go off. I called the salesman twice and left message. I never received a call back. When I finally made a service appointment, I left the car with them for one day and the work was not done because it snowed and they needed to do a road test. The next time I went in, I wasold that they would order the parts and then work on the car. So the next day I left the car with them all day. When I got the car back, all of the problems were still there after leaving it with them for the entire day. I informed the loyalty manager, no call back. I just called the service manager again and hopefully there will be some resolve. I know I don't have the best credit, but I am paying for my car like anyone else and I deserve to at least be given good customer service. It is like this dearlership doesn't even care. I work hard for my money and deserve a car that work right. Especially after numerous attempts to get them to fix it. I would not recommend this dealership. They are not doing right by me, the customer. More
Terrible Customer Service ZERO STARS. Never buy a car from Nissan 112. This dealership lies, falsifies business documents and illegally forged my signature just so that they ZERO STARS. Never buy a car from Nissan 112. This dealership lies, falsifies business documents and illegally forged my signature just so that they could forego the time and effort required by them and mandated by Nissan North America to explain and demonstrate the different features of the car I just bought. Unfortunately, once they get your check, while you are waiting for the salesman to help you understand the car you just bought, he will move on to be with other clientele rather than continue to be with, you, the original customer. On 1 November 2017, I purchased a new Murano Platinum with the Technology Package. The entire transaction was done by phone with Mr. Alan Rosenberg. I never met Mr. Rosenberg in person and never ever was at Nissan 112 before. On 3 November 2017, I came to the showroom for the very first time, gave my check to Jim Koerner because Mr. Rosenberg was not in that day. I had to wait in their "red" chair for 5 hours until they let me drive my car home with the completed paperwork which turned out to be faulty as I found out when I tried to register the car myself the following week. On 4 November 2017, I received an email signed by Mr. Rosenberg stating that on that day, he had showed me approximately 50 plus features of this technologically-advanced car. The document had a poor forgery of my signature acknowledging his actions. The fact is, as I stated before, that I never even met Mr. Rosenberg and on that day, I was out-of-town 800 miles away from the dealership. So, everything on that document were all untruths. Nissan 112 never showed me anything about my car, never went over instructional manuals and never gave be a tour of the service department. I, also, never signed that acknowledgement. All I got were the keys the day before and that was the last and only time I was at Nissan 112. In the time that followed, I was left with teaching myself everything about my new car by reading the manuals and by viewing videos on the internet, hours and hours of unnecessary work. All this frustration could have been easily avoided if Nissan 112 personnel just did their job and had not lied about it. And when I contacted Nissan North America to complain about Nissan 112's actions or should I say inactions, they stated that they just build the cars and that they have absolutely no control over their dealerships. So, Nissan 112 knows this and they obviously feel that they can do whatever they want without any recourse. Again, as I previously stated, do not venture into Nissan 112. They deal with volume/profits and definitely not with customer service. More

Great buying experience Started out at noon on a Friday to buy a Rogue. Had done my research and knew all rebates available to me. Drove the car a few times and ready to buy. Started out at noon on a Friday to buy a Rogue. Had done my research and knew all rebates available to me. Drove the car a few times and ready to buy. First stop Syosset, Negotiations didn't start well went they offered me $8400 for my trade. 2014 Altima 29,000 miles mint condition. Then a quote Of $25,000 for the Rogue SV. I walked out. Next stop Westbury, what a joke this place was. The saleswoman could not get my information in the computer. After 15 minutes of this I walked out. Onto Massapequa. Told the salesman exactly what I wanted he said fine let's take the car for a test drive. I told him I drove the car 4-5 times already and did not need to take a test drive. He told me their policy was "I had to take a test drive company policy" I told him I guess they didn't want to sell me a car, because I don't have to take a test drive and walked out. I then drove out to 112 Nissan. I sat down with Danny Bulat the salesman. I told him what I wanted and was ready to buy. No test drive needed. Within 15 minutes everything done. $5,500 cheaper. Thank You 112 Nissan. More
