made a mistake and wont make right I dealt with John Corpac to lease a new car. I had a car to trade in, to make a long story short, the amount he told me they were giving me ended up b I dealt with John Corpac to lease a new car. I had a car to trade in, to make a long story short, the amount he told me they were giving me ended up being thousands less than the lowest end of the trade in value for a 1 yr old car in mint condition. I went back to meet with John to find out what happened, he had no answers but did agree the trade in value was too low. he left his desk for close to an hour to "research" what happened. Wheh he came back, he asked me if I had 3k to get out of my car into a newer one with lower payments. When I said no, he said he'd get back to me in a few days. He never called me back, returned my calls or emails. I tried reaching out the management with no response either. I've purchased Nissans exclusively for 20 years and I'm disappointed how they treat a loyal customer. More
