I would not recommend anyone to Nissan 112 service department. The customer service agent that handled my initial paperwork was less than “customer service friendly”. This person needs an adjustment to his demeanor and training. I WOULD NOT recommend your service department to my worst enemy. This time I will not be lied to and I will need proof of payoff of old loan and the difference between the start of the new loan. I don't know what I have to do for this to be corrected do I need to post both my first loan contract and my second refinance online so people can see because it's simple math as I was told the huge amount I was charged on the refinance I wonder who got that Extra money because I sure didn't More
