The situation isnt very difficult to understand, We were told we no longer had to pay the lease because you were going to waive the remaining payments and turn in fees because we financed another vehicle. Every call to get this straightened out end up going to someone's voice-mail that never gets returned. NMAC is ready to put us in default status on the lease because we can't get anyone at nissan 112 to do their job. I just want this resolved.

Is Paris actually going to help is or is she going to schedule an appointment to come down only for us to deal with random members of your sales team that become totally disinterested once they realized there's no potential for a sale like the last 2 times we set up appointments with HER? Honestly, I dont feel like driving 30 mins to deal with a random sales rep who is going to barely listen to our story then leave us at a desk for 30 mins while he finds the "right person" to talk to, who conveniently, is never there, then be told to call this person tomorrow, only to leave a voice-mail that never gets returned. I'd like the info of someone who could actually help me. We have over 20 years of history with Nissan, most of it with your dealership, I just want what we were promised which is pretty routine.

Well, I wrote to her, and gave and her what she requested. She told me she was going to have the file pulled in the AM. That was a day and a half ago. Still no response, standard Nissan 112 level of customer service...
