I reconnected with my salesman from Nimnicht, Al Gigliotti to help me with this problem and he never hesitated. He stayed with me through the repair process and personally washed my vehicle for me. Dennis in the truck shop ran into a snag in my repair issue, but he stuck with it until he figured it out. Craig Baxley coordinated everything and I felt that my status as a customer was the most important thing on everyone's minds. I will NEVER take my vehicles back to Jerry Hamm. More
