Service was a little lacking. Went in to get my car serviced and made sure to explicitly state that I wanted the car washed and waxed. Dropped off the car and went to run errands t Went in to get my car serviced and made sure to explicitly state that I wanted the car washed and waxed. Dropped off the car and went to run errands then came back three hours later. The servicing was complete, but my car was not cleaned even though I requested it to be. This is the third time I have taken it there and it has not been washed either time before. I have had the car for just over a year and the first place finish coating hasn't been redone since that first day. All in all, I do appreciate the level of service I receive there, I just wish that within the three hours that the car was there it could have been serviced like I requested. More

Service Dept Yesterday I brought my truck in for a oil change, I was very unsatisfactory with my service. The guy who change my oil didn't wash his hand after the service was over, find oil fingerprint all over my doors my mirror and on the oil sticker for the windshield that's unsatisfactory work in my book! Excellent! Saved me money and time Matt in the Service Department is the best! He always has my best interests at his heart. The rest of the crew is amazing as well , and when and if I ever buy a new care, I will come to this dealership first, all due to the level of service Matt and his crew provides. More

The service department as poor customer service I bought my used vehicle from Nimnicht Chevy and wanted to continue using them for service on my vehicle. Their serious lack of customer service is u I bought my used vehicle from Nimnicht Chevy and wanted to continue using them for service on my vehicle. Their serious lack of customer service is unacceptable though. In January I brought my car in for an oil change and for them to inspect my remote start that was not working. The remote start was an after market product added by the accessory department at the dealership when I bought the vehicle. Yet I had to have an argument with the service personnel after being told there was no remote start on my vehicle. I had contact the accessory department myself to have the remote start repaired. Then I went there today hoping to have a better experience, but to my dismay I did not. After leaving the dealership I discovered the car charger for my cell phone was missing from my center console. When I called back to inquire about it I was told by an employee I don't know what to tell you about that. Absolutely unacceptable for them to open a closed console and remove any item. More

Charged for services without prior consent Today was my very 1st experience with this dealership to service my 2011 Chevy Malibu. I scheduled and appointment for an oil change and tire rotation Today was my very 1st experience with this dealership to service my 2011 Chevy Malibu. I scheduled and appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. That seems pretty simple service. Well after waiting 2 hours I was called to the cashier to pay the fee, let me add the cost that was quoted to me when scheduling the appointment was $39.95 plus tax of course. Once I got to the cashier to pay out I was shocked to hear my total was in excess of $85. I of course explained to the cashier the quote I was given which she verified was accurate. She then quoted me $70 plus for the service. That too was incorrect. I looked at the print out and saw they provided a service I never consented despite the fact I was in the waiting room the entire time. After bringing it to the attention to the cashier and also Randy who checked me in they did in fact removed the fee. I am grateful for that, but in the future I would suggest just asking the customer for their consent prior to providing additional services. More

I called Nimnicht 8/15/14 and spoke to Matt and he took care of everything and got me back out on the road in a timely manner. I was happy to have my car back I left with a smile on my face. Extremely Unsatisfied I will never use the service department here again. Quoted me a price and then when the bill is presented its almost doubled the quoted price!! i purchased my car years ago from nimnicht on cassat i was recommend that dealership by a friend who had purchased there by a wonderful salesman by the name of archie harris i called he had retired so i e was recommend that dealership by a friend who had purchased there by a wonderful salesman by the name of archie harris i called he had retired so i ended up with another mr harris that assisted me my car was preowned and i purchased a warranty my car performed well i only serviced it there i had to bring it in today because it would not start thought is was the battery called the service department this morning to say i was having my car towed over to check it out it was the starter and they took care of me it was under a life time warranty i would purchase again in the future from them i have had nothing but great service there thank god. More
