Terrible body shop! DO NOT risk having the same experiance! I'm going to start this review off with saying that the customer service is horrible. My truck spent two months in the body shop with Anne. I neve I'm going to start this review off with saying that the customer service is horrible. My truck spent two months in the body shop with Anne. I never received a single status call to know what was going on with my vehicle. That is correct. Not one phone call in two months. The only time I would find out what is going on with my truck is when I would leave 3-4 messages I would get a call back maybe within two days if I was lucky. I spent over 22,000 dollars at this dealership. Yes, 22,000. What did I get? Terrible customer service, I've received better from a local McDonalds. I was forced to pay over $1,000 dollars for a rental, even though their website says, 'free loaners' I guess spending over 20 grand isn't enough. My truck was originally supposed to be finished, February 17th. I was told it wouldn't be ready by then, but that it would be ready Tuesday the 21st of February. I said okay, no problem. Went on a cruise for that week, drove 6 hours to pick my truck up on February 27th. Walked in the dealership, Anne looked at me like I had two heads and said 'you're here already?' Needless to say I had to sit there for 4 hours while they were still working on my truck. Then they attempted to return it to me with the worst paint job imaginable. I could've asked a McDonalds employee to paint it and done a better job. Somebody needs to teach there painter how to set up his gun properly. The hood wasn't straight, and I had to peel masking tape off the bed of the truck. And, I also spent an additional $1200 in tires, only to find my rims damaged. So.. after my 6 hour drive the truck stayed. I returned Friday the 24th. Two weeks after the truck was supposed to be finished. Only to find the passenger rear door had trash in the paint! After I complained about it, the body shop manager, Cecil, wanted to give me a check to go get the door fixed somewhere else because they were sick of trying! This is supposed to be a certified Chevy dealer! I felt like I was dealing with some backyard chop shop! Finally after another week, they delivered my truck to me, after having to speak with a general manager to get that accomplished. The truck was delivered, still dirty but I didn't want to send it back, I will clean my own headliner in the truck. Moral of the story. If you spend over 22,000 dollars at this place, they don't care about you. They won't try to help you. I was stuck with over $1,000 in rental bills because this body shop can not do there job. The worst part about this, I never received one apology. I know Chevy wants dealers to give their customers a 'Disney Experience' and if that's what you want, go somewhere else. I am absolutely disgusted by this place, I'm ashamed such a large dealer would be okay with this type of service. Maybe it's because I'm from NY and not a regular customer, either way there are several other dealers in the area. Don't take your chance with this body shop. It is very poorly managed, terrible customer service, and no sympathy when they fail to do there job. Very disappointing. More

The tech wrote it is working as it should on the ticket, I had to physically show the service manager it was not working. He said he would look into it, I'm still waiting to here back. Service rep didn't seem to pay me much attention, talked fast and sign by the X's quickly. did not impress me that they were very interested in taking care of the customer. Told me to wait for the shuttle in this dreary room. had to wait over an hour for the shuttle who was taking people well out of their designated max distance on their web site. Have gone to several other chevy dealers in the Jacksonville area, this one is the worst. More
