You can be guaranteed to get great service from the initial service call to schedule your appointment! they even send you a reminder call! they are expecting your arrival when you first pull in the service department! They address your concerns and do everything in their power to make you feel like "You Matter" from the moment you arrive until you exit! I normally ask for Tom who is OUTSTANDING! Give them a call and allow them to put your mind at ease by taking great care of your vehicle! Kudos to the service managers for building such an awesome team! More

Poor service I am so disappointed in Nimnicht service department, first of all my vehicle was there for 8 hours just for a 10 minute oil change and tire rotation. I am so disappointed in Nimnicht service department, first of all my vehicle was there for 8 hours just for a 10 minute oil change and tire rotation. Which I don't think was done. They didn't wash or vacuum out the car. There's no indication that the brakes were checked. More
