Worst dealership I went to purchase a vehicle in janruary 2017 and when i arrived the vehicle i was going to look at was a 2008 acadia which was advertised as spotless I went to purchase a vehicle in janruary 2017 and when i arrived the vehicle i was going to look at was a 2008 acadia which was advertised as spotless. When i saw the vehicle it just came from detailing and when i looked in the back seat there was a half eating chicken leg under the seat. 3 tires were completly bald and ome to find out its illegal to sell a car like that. Along with almost everything else broke. The sales person was clueless to anything and everything. Worst experience ever. The next day i went to coggin ford and bought a vehicle and best experience i ever experienced at any dealership. So dont waste your time here. More

Gave'm 2 chances. 1st time I went here I had to go back after work as they did not return my lugnut lock to the vehicle. 2nd time I went here I asked them to fix the pa 1st time I went here I had to go back after work as they did not return my lugnut lock to the vehicle. 2nd time I went here I asked them to fix the pause / rewind on the radio which had stopped working. The tech wrote it is working as it should on the ticket, I had to physically show the service manager it was not working. He said he would look into it, I'm still waiting to here back. Service rep didn't seem to pay me much attention, talked fast and sign by the X's quickly. did not impress me that they were very interested in taking care of the customer. Told me to wait for the shuttle in this dreary room. had to wait over an hour for the shuttle who was taking people well out of their designated max distance on their web site. Have gone to several other chevy dealers in the Jacksonville area, this one is the worst. More
