Improve your sales staff I was in the need of a new or used car and stopped by to drive a Malibu because I liked the looks of it. Purchasing a 2006 Trailblazer from Nimnicht I was in the need of a new or used car and stopped by to drive a Malibu because I liked the looks of it. Purchasing a 2006 Trailblazer from Nimnicht in 2007 and living on the westside of town, I thought it would be a good place to go again. From the moment my wife and I pulled up we were approached by a salesman, I think was named Mitch. He didn't introduce himself, didn't ask for our names and did not listen to my needs. We almost walked away and asked for a different sales person but stayed with him because I was interested in a Malibu. So he took us to a the used lot to look at the cars and we decided on one to drive. He then introduced himself and went searching for the keys which took forever to get back. We test drove the car and I had several questions that he had problems on getting or knowing the information. At this time my wife was ready to go, but I still had some unanswered questions. So the Sales manager came up and answered my questions for me. Long story short- we left and I ended up buying a car from another dealership. Which I had an excellent experience. Being in the customer service business for over 30 years, I recommend you get to know your customers by listening to them first. More
