Unfortunately my experience was not like the other reviews. I purchased a used Yukon and was assured several times it had been looked over by the service department and a concern I had with the a/c w reviews. I purchased a used Yukon and was assured several times it had been looked over by the service department and a concern I had with the a/c was addressed and properly fixed. I don’t know if it was an incompetent service department or a sales team that just wanted to get a car off of the lot but I was sold a lemon. Either way, I have lost all faith in this dealership, their service department, sales and finance managers. Unless you want to pay top dollar for a broken vehicle, have a lot of money to spare to fix said vehicle AND lots of free time available to deal with that same vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend you go to a different dealership. More
