Our experience started by an email telling us that Nimnicht wanted to buy my car. Well, I wanted to sell my car too! Our first day in to check everything out, we didn’t find anything we loved to make Nimnicht wanted to buy my car. Well, I wanted to sell my car too! Our first day in to check everything out, we didn’t find anything we loved to make a trade. With the market on new vehicles so scarce right now, we thought our only option would be a used vehicle marked above normal price. A day went by of looking elsewhere and then first thing the next morning (literally before the dealership even opened) Josue called me to let me know they had a BRAND NEW Traverse in. Sent me a video within the next 30 mins and I was sold. Couldn’t even get in right away and he was willing to hold it until we could get there. It was overall a great experience. From the sale, insurance, finance and set up. The crew was great and I’d highly recommend them! More

Ohhh Chandler - He was AMAZING at keeping me off the ledge and not running away through this process. Though some people LOVE buying cars - I am not one of them!
