However, Brent Cox, Internet Director at Nimnicht Chevrolet, disagrees and says this: "Ken, we do use stock photos for all of our new car inventory. We sell so many cars it's just no possible to keep up with so much inventory. As far as our accessories are concerned there is nothing deceptive and pretty common place. If you read the disclaimer on our website it does mention that there may be dealer installed accessories. We actually use statistics from our accessories department to determine what we install based on what our customers purchase the most. Also bait and switch is when you are sold a vehicle and replace it with a completely different less equipped vehicle. Nothing deceptive in any of our practices. Nimnicht has been in business since 1941. We wouldn't be a 7 time Dealer of the Year with Chevrolet and the number 1 Chevy store in Jacksonville if we didn't have the trust of our customers.
