I had visited Nimnicht looking for the 2024 Traverse RS. Luis Ortiz greeted myself and my husband and quickly helped us out. Unfortunately, the dealership didn’t have want I was looking for but Luis was abl Luis Ortiz greeted myself and my husband and quickly helped us out. Unfortunately, the dealership didn’t have want I was looking for but Luis was able to track when they would receive the vehicle. The morning the traverse was loaded off the truck, Luis sent me a text with pictures. Although I ended up choosing a whole other Traverse from the same shipment, he was very patient with me. He made a very stressful decision/process pretty much hassle free. He helped me setup my MyChevy app and was very knowledgeable with all the bells and whistles. This is my second Traverse and I may never drive anything else. Thank you again Luis for such a great experience! More
