Here’s just a few examples of what I experienced there. I bought a 2016 Dodge Charger R/T. It took them 20 minutes just to find the keys. The air bags need to be serviced but they don’t do it there cuz it’s too expensive for them! That’s not my prob. Like they’re not making ANY money?? My car was supposed to be detailed inside & out. They NEVER touched it! How freaking lazy! It was FILTHY! It took me 10 hours (2 days) to detail it properly! Hans (salesman) offered me a full tank of gas by way of an apology over the car not being detailed but I’ve yet to go there for that service as it’s about 1-1.5 hours North of me & my tank was full when I left the dealership. I had to get new tires & rims that I had to pay for out of pocket, as the ones on the car were defective & they wasn’t going to pay full price; as it needs custom size tires. They did reimburse me for $700 but it took 5 weeks to get a check! Ridiculous! They didn’t discuss ANY options when it came to financing. NO options were discussed if I wanted to add or remove anything. I had to ask about the gap insurance & then it was added. I did like my salesman, Hans. He was great & helpful, as was Rick, the finance guy. There’s more but I’ll leave it at that. Other than the aforementioned, I’d recommend NEVER buying a car from this place. I LOVE my car & really wanted it. It’s the only reason why I stayed. Hans & Rick need to leave there & go elsewhere…. More
