He went well above the call of duty to get his managers to agree to my price, while detailing the car and repairing a couple of cosmetic flaws on the vehicle, he ensured that we we happy with our purchase. An experience I never thought possible from a big dealership and we owe it all to him! We got a one owner vehicle basically below black book value and we very please with his determination to ensure we got it. They gave us the "You're a Hummer Owner now" welcome, explaining everything, demonstrating the vehicle professionally, even saying "we're gonna miss this H3." The H3 was in show room condition, it was raining but we had to promise to bring it back for a "proper" H3 delivery experience.
