Heather and Tee were absolutely amazing! I had the opportunity to talk to Heather about 8 months ago when I was vehicle shopping. I had just purchased my vehicle when she contacted me. I told her of m opportunity to talk to Heather about 8 months ago when I was vehicle shopping. I had just purchased my vehicle when she contacted me. I told her of my ordeal of the vehicle I had just bought and of how unhappy I was. She told me to call her next time I needed to buy a vehicle and she would help me. She was so kind and understanding and listened to my whole situation that I saved her contact information. Well, 8 months later my vehicle was totaled. I was at a loss and so upset. I called Heather. She answered the phone by calling me by my name. She remembered my whole situation. 8 months later!!!! I was so impressed!!!! The next day I went to the dealership and met with Tee. I had gone to the dealership website the night before and was interested in a certain vehicle. My credit is not the best due to Covid and I knew that my options would be limited. When I met with Tee we test drove the vehicle I was interested in. I did not qualify for that vehicle. Tee did everything to help me in my situation. She got me qualified for another vehicle. This vehicle had everything I was looking for and more!!! She got me qualified without a co-signor!!! She got me an extended warranty!!! She made sure everything in the vehicle was working.
