My first contact with Dmitri Srybnykh was nearly 2 years ago via email. He was responding to a general inquiry I sent to the dealership about a new car in inventory. He was the only sales person that sent me a personal email that simply said he would like the opportunity to serve me when I was back in the market. That made an impression on me. Fast forward to about 2-3 weeks ago when I was ready, I contacted him personally. Made appointment to drive down to Jacksonville and see if he was serious. He worked with me in a courteous and professional manner and asked if I was completely satisfied. I left a couple of hours, leaving him with my trade in and a check for the difference for a new 2024 Buick Enclave Avenir.
