Fantastic Service from beginning to end! I was not on property for 2 minutes before I was greeted with a warm hello. Tony made me feel like his only customer and gave me his undivided attention. Tony went above and beyond to find a great car that fit my needs. I did not feel pressure to make a same day sale. It was the dead of summer. Every employee I encountered offered ( and provided) cold water at every visit. The little things do make a difference. The entire process occurred over 2 weeks. Tony was accessible via phone, email and text the entire time. In addition to the great customer service throughout, the week after the purchase, I received a lovely, unexpected thank you gift in the mail. ;-) This is a top notch dealership and Tony Fazel is a really good guy. I have already recommended the dealership, and specifically Tony, to many people. More

Went in thinking I would have the typical dealership hassle experience but I was wrong. I was also expecting to find mark ups on the vehicles but I was wrong yet again.
