Jefe was a pleasure to work with, however like all dealerships, they find ways to charge you far more than what you are looking to spend. Their quality checks are lacking, we drove a way with a broken dealerships, they find ways to charge you far more than what you are looking to spend. Their quality checks are lacking, we drove a way with a broken wiper fluid reservoir which is my fault for not doing my due diligence. Also the passenger rear powered sliding door does not fully seal when using the powered option, thankfully it is covered by KIA as an extended warranty. To their credit once we got the van back to their shop they quickly repaired the reservoir. However getting the appointment for repair setup and getting the parts ordered was quite the fiasco and took a couple weeks. Their service team is great, their sales are your average used car salesman that are looking to nickel and dime you for everything they can. No better or worse than any other dealership I’ve ever dealt with, outside of Jefe being extremely pleasant to deal with. Also do your own insurance work, they set us up with a new insurer for our new (used) van and input the wrong vehicle, I told them to charge me monthly, they charged me annually, they told me one price which wasn’t accurate because they input the wrong vehicle information, and never were able to tell me the correct price even after correcting the vehicle information a week later, then I had to call the insurance company and sort out the over charge and monthly details myself.
