I can’t say enough about Mr. Jones. From the time I walked in, until I left with my new truck, he was there to make sure I was taken care off. Everyone there was extremely helpfu Jones. Their prices were cheaper above all and they did not charge me over MSRP. The team there was very helpful. It’s been a long time, but I felt that I was in control of the process. Scheduled appt. And took day off without pay to get repairs done because my family was going out of town. Waited 6 hours for them to tell me they didnt have all the parts. The Service Rep said he would give me an additional 10 % off for issues that day plus Military discount of 10% . Rescheduled for that Saturday but rep wasnt there. It took them 5.5 hrs for repairs and they charged me for 7.6 hrs and gave me 100.00 off and Service Rep there said that was all he was doing because I had already got a good deal. Ended up costing me 421.00 dollars more than I was told. I didnt have time to argue because my daughter was sick and I had to take her to the doctor as soon as I was done. When I checked all repairs at my house later that day they charged me for 3 bolts and they didnt even put them in. They just moved 1 bolt to make the exhaust manifold heat shield quit rattling. I am a Military Veteran of 22 years and have disabilities that prevent me from doing this work myself. That is why I took it there to start with. I tried to call Dealer Manager and Service Manager and neither one would return my call which is very unprofessional and wouldnt even pick up the phone when I was told they were both there. I will never go here again and will tell everyone I knpw to avoid it also. Its sad that is the way things are in this world, but they will sure take your money. More
Visited the dealership just today, to look at the 2014 VW Passat 2.0L TDI SEL Premium. The sales rep, Tee, was quick to get the key and show us the car. She was friendly and took her time to explain some things about the car, while my husband went at it (meaning, looking for everything important you should look at while considering buying a car). Tee, drove the car over for us to have a test drive, however, my husband spotted the scratch on the front windshield. Tee immediately said she would get the sales manager, to discuss getting the windshield replaced. While she was away, we decided to open the trunk, because we noticed evidence of a water leak in the trunk. The husband opened the trunk cover, and in between the tire and the base board, I could see a brown substance, which was sticky. Remember, a few years back, a bunch of cars flooded, and dealerships were still trying to push them off to customers! Not this one! As soon as my husband removed the tire, there was mold on the bottom side of the tire! Yeah, no, we're not doing this! So, Tee comes back with this guy, I have no idea who he is, because he never greeted us, nor did he provide his name. Tee explained to him about the scratched windshield, then he walked around to the back of the car, and my husband let him know, there's mold and a water leak. This 'gentleman' seemed to have a bit of an attitude! I'll pay for the windshield to be replaced, but I'm not fixing any of this, because I don't need to! That's when I responded with a, "We don't need to either!" I was done! Then, he went on to say, if I don't sell this car, it's going to audition. Okay, and you sending it to audition is in some way hurting us? Child boo, my husband and I own 5 Volkswagen cars, which includes 2 ID.4 EVs. We have our own car rental business, and we own various properties as real estate investors. We are not pressed, nor will we ever do business with someone that lacks common courtesy and customer service abilities. You just lost a lifetime customer, along with recommendations to purchase from your dealership. We flew in to Jacksonville from New Orleans to buy the amazingly priced 370z Nismo that Nimnicht had.
