Also, he was very fast and we didn't spend the entire day there. Once we chose our Sierra, Keith made everything go quick, so we were able to enjoy the rest of our day. James was wonderful and efficient. Tried to make our transaction smooth, but unfortunately we had issues with our used truck purchase. The windshield was replaced and had air leakage around the seal. It took hours for service to try and fix it to no avail. We had to take it ourselves to the glass company. Long story short it’s still not fixed and we live 4 1/2 hours away and will have to return to have it fixed in the near future. Also within a few hours of driving it the engine light turned on. Something else the service department supposedly fixed. Hoping they correct our issues without too much difficulty. It is a used vehicle with no warranties so what was promised to be fixed before purchase was not and still is not. Will update in the future of my results. More
