He was professional and very approachable which made it so nice in allowing the students to speak freely and as questions. We would give him a 10 as a instructor. Although the dealership could help him out a little. The acoustics in the building where the class as held made it difficult to hear because of the echo. I would suggest a smaller room. Michael Crabtree was our salesperson and immediately started showing us what we were looking for and answered many questions. His patience and care throughout the day is something you do not find at many dealers. We ended up purchasing a Yukon and never felt any pressure! Growing up with my family in the car business I have always purchased cars directly from relatives. Michael and Trent made you feel as if they were looking for the best fit for my family, truly wanting you to get the best deal like a family member would. We also spent time talking with Ed III, the owner of the company, talking about the different options for what I could financially afford without compromising on value and quality. There aren't many dealerships that are still run by hometown families, at Nimnicht GMC you can feel the difference! More

Outstanding job by Steve taking his time driving me through the lot educating me on all aspects of the vehicle, trim, accessories, colors etc. The color I wanted was only available at 1 dealership rather far away, Steve looked into it asked me what they needed to do to "EARN" my business. I pretty much told him what I wanted and was willing to pay. He proposed my offer to his manager and said we can do this. Did I sign on the dotted line, nope, I went to my regular dealership down the street that I have purchased 6 vehicles from in since 2012 to see if they could even come close and due to my loyalty to them probably would have gone their way. I spoke with the GMC sales manager and he didn't even make an effort to try and get the color I wanted instead tried to sell me another color. I sounded like it was to much trouble I told them what I wanted and 3 people sitting in the sales managers office each told me what they couldn't do instead of what they could do. I said I guess the conversations over I stood up to leave and the Sales manager said let me know if they can't get it for you. I immediately called Steve to seal the deal and Steve delivered it to me 4 days later. Very disappointed in Key GMC after being a loyal customer. Great job Steve and you most certainly "EARNED" my business going forward. More

After checking other dealerships, we came back because of their selection & professionalism. Overall it was a good experience. In the past, we've dealt with rude, pushy sales people. Mr. James Jones was professional, courteous, & very knowledgeable of vehicles he showed us. Kyle Sayre was able to explain all the financing/warranty options & made selecting the right options very easy. We would definitely consider buying from Nimnicht Buick GMC again. More
