Also, their computer technology person, Russell, took extra time and was patient with us in explaining the Cadillac Cue system. (we purchased a 2013 used Cadillac). Review would have been 5 stars, but we were not impressed with the call center staff. The area does not seem to communicate well with sales, and we felt a bit deceived about who we were actually speaking to. Too high pressure and not detailed oriented. Overall, good experience. More
