My new car sales agent was Arthur Robinson and he was outstanding to work with. A very friendly and pleasant man. I had dropped in for just a quick test drive with an opening statement of "I am not buying a car today". Arthur spent several hours with us driving a car, looking at various Yukon models, sourcing factory incentives and offering me a value on my trade in car. He did not pressure me with values that are "good for today only". I left the dealership to think about it and research on line. I returned the following weekend and purchased the Yukon. Absolutely love it and will go back to see Nimnicht and Arthur for my next purchase. More
