I have bought several new cars here. Always have had good to say. That all changed as of today. I can now put them in the car club liars vip. My wife terrain Denali had to be worked on. I can over look that. They had to deal with extended warranty so it added to time. They could not make decisions because warranty company apparently made them. I would not buy an extension warranty because it’s not worth the half xxx service you get. They had to take the cylinder head off car at 59,000 miles. Is what it is. But the problem is they charged insurance for oil change and deleted are pick up waiting on oil change. Well two or three months later my car sends me 15% need to change oil. Car don’t even have 2000 miles since they claim they changed. Well I know for a fact that Tim lied to wife about oil because it has the same oil filter from when I changed it and the dealer would not of went with the brand that I installed. I would never take your car to this dealer. Take it to another gmc. Funny thing is we were looking to buy daughter a car for finishing college and I was told I was a vip customer. Have a 2019 Buick Envision purchased new at Nimnicht and until last several months have only praise -- for car and service. But service department has really gone downhill lately. Even with appointments, until last several months have only praise -- for car and service. But service department has really gone downhill lately. Even with appointments, have 4-5 hours wait (so left and got oil change elsewhere) and now can't even get an appointment for 2 weeks for a routine maintenance. So sought and got a service appointment, as a result, at another Buick in two days. Two days, not two weeks. How can that be? Something is just not right in service. Will seek trade in for 2024 model at the other dealership, as service is too important. More

Spent over $6,000 dollars for work on my daughter’s 2011 GMC Terrain in August. Part of that work was the AC. Picked it up that day and 24hrs later AC still not working properly. Gave it some time to see if GMC Terrain in August. Part of that work was the AC. Picked it up that day and 24hrs later AC still not working properly. Gave it some time to see if anything would change and still had to bring it back in. Tech advised it is the fuse box causing AC to not work properly. Told it would be well over $1,000 to fix. This should have been detected and handled the first time we brought it in. Advised service manager that this is unacceptable. Service Manager basically argued their point as to why. Then offered a lower amount of $750. Point is we already paid over $6,000 and expected everything to work properly when we left. Brake work was done as well and we advised brakes were squealing. Tech claimed no noise. So, we are out over $6,000, AC still doesn’t work and brakes are still squealing. Not sure how a company stays in business like this. Not sure how it’s acceptable that a customer spends that kind of money and things work worse on a vehicle instead of better. I guess Nimnicht doesn’t view us as customers since we didn’t purchase a $60,000 vehicle from them. More
