I went to this dealership to perform Oil change service. As a part of an oil change service, they perform inspection and tell you if the vehicle needs to be serviced. I had some noise coming from the front As a part of an oil change service, they perform inspection and tell you if the vehicle needs to be serviced. I had some noise coming from the front part of the vehicle and ask them to check. They told me in the beginning that the inspection is free. They called me later with so many issues costing $1100 to fix and I can guess none of them were related to my issues. I told them I want to check in person, then I went there to show again where the noise is coming from, they did a visual inspection and guessed that there is a problem with the radiator fan. The fan cost $1100 to replace. The service associate told me the earlier day that there was paper stuck inside. I definitely could guess what they are telling is not true. I refused to do service as it costs $2200 that did not make sense to me. The guy now asking $150 for diagnostic where they did not even do a diagnostic run and was agreed to be free at the beginning. He has kept my vehicle asking for $150. I do not see anywhere to complain. I am writing this feedback so that people could know this practice.The name of the guy I dealt was Mike. More
