WOW!! What an AMAZING dealership!! Dear Jim DeSimone, General Manager, Nissan World, Denville, NJ- I have to let you know that you have the most dedicated staff! My dad thought he was Dear Jim DeSimone, General Manager, Nissan World, Denville, NJ- I have to let you know that you have the most dedicated staff! My dad thought he was helping me out by washing my 2015 Altima SV which I am leasing through your dealership, he sprayed an unknown liquid on the car and started to wash it but whatever he sprayed on it would not come off. This was devastating to me as I love my car. I thought for sure the paint job was destroyed. I decided on a whim to stop at Nissan World of Denville and Junior met me as I exited my car. He saw that I was very upset and told me not to worry and he rode with me to the car detail area where I met Sebastian who assured me that he could get the marks off the car and HE DID! Junior and Sebastian went ABOVE and BEYOND their job duties!! I am so very grateful to be one of your customers and I plan to renew my next lease with your dealership! Concerns Addressed I purchased a new 2016 Nissan Rogue SV AWD in midnight jade from Nissan World of Denville on 6/10/16. I love the car; it is excellent. The salespers I purchased a new 2016 Nissan Rogue SV AWD in midnight jade from Nissan World of Denville on 6/10/16. I love the car; it is excellent. The salesperson, Royce, was excellent, very attentive, really listened to what I wanted, and extremely accommodating. He is why, after finding an Edmunds Price Promise for the vehicle I wanted, I went back to Nissan World of Denville to see if they would match the price before going to the competing dealership. They did not have the vehicle in stock. However, they asked whether I would be willing to purchase from them for that price if they were to acquire a comparable vehicle. I said yes, of course, and they promptly had that vehicle in stock at 1 pm the next day. While there were some hiccups with the price at finalization, the owner of Nissan World of Denville personally contacted me after I expressed concerns, and the matter was handled to my satisfaction. More

Excellant Service/ Bought the car My 2013 Nissan altima Coupe is a gret car, but the control panel seems to have a short that would not let the defroster work correctly, changing the My 2013 Nissan altima Coupe is a gret car, but the control panel seems to have a short that would not let the defroster work correctly, changing the panel opened a Pandora's box of nightmares, which if it was not at this Nissan dealership I would have been concerned.Tim Kelly, as usual, did a wonderful job of making sure I was not inconvienced. I was given a loaner and my car was picked up at my job. Elwood Brittle was wonderful picking up the car , relaying the problem and acting as a go between for me. . Tim was able to communicate the problem to the technician, Sean Bilby, who was able to figure out what and how to repair the problem(s) . This repairwas a domino efffect as one thing caused another to be repaired. Denville Nissan was able to find fix and deliver. . The manager of this dealership should be very happy with his staff. I also had to decide on this car since my lease was ending, and Altima coupes are no longer made, I feel secure enough with the service I received to buy the car. I was introduced to Chuck in sales he was wonderful, had my papers ready and answered any questions, went out of his way to work out all the details, then introduced me to Christine in Finance who was able to spin her magic and get a a greatFinancing quote . True Teamwork. I highly reccomend this dealership. Tim , again , you are Wonderful. as is the staff. More
Bought Used here on a whim We had no intention of buying our used vehicle here, however we decided to take a ride through the lot for comparison-sake. It took some time to find an available sales agent (A busy Saturday), but once we met up with Helen, we felt more comfortable. She got us a test drive right away and she was engaging. By admission Helen was a newer sales agent, while some of that showed through, it wasn't a deterrent to us because she made up for it with energy. The dealership infrastructure is not as comfortable or luxurious as other dealership in the area. The lot is tight and crowded, and the dealership center was very very busy. But hey, we ended up buying here after being at 4 other dealerships that day. More

Bogus charges towards the end I was interested in a CPO Rogue/Murano. Dealt with Austin. Originally sounded friendly and honest, but when it came to the $$ part, he threw in a $100 I was interested in a CPO Rogue/Murano. Dealt with Austin. Originally sounded friendly and honest, but when it came to the $$ part, he threw in a $1000 fee because I was not trading in a Nissan!? So they penalize you for buying from them when you don't already own/trade a Nissan (Is it even legal?) Then he threw in another $895 as Dealership Processing Fee!? Mind you, this is in addition to the taxes, title, registration, documentation fee and other usual closing costs which I know are mandatory. I showed/read him out the description underneath the car description from their own website right there that says that the price includes everything except the taxes/title/documentation (just those 3), but still wouldn't agree (probably it was too late to back out on his word by that time). Apparently the $1,895 extra is something every dealership charges. So not true! Clearly dishonest. Beware! More
