Another Great Job by Tim Kelly and Crew I have never been disappointed by this dealership. My Altima Coupe needed a repair to the vents for the air conditioner and heater. The turn a round t I have never been disappointed by this dealership. My Altima Coupe needed a repair to the vents for the air conditioner and heater. The turn a round time was less than 24 hours. I had a 2017 rogue to use while they wer repairing my car. ( very nice..something to consider). John repaired my car to my satisfaction, and Heather kept me informed as to the stages of the repair. She was friendly and a pleasure to talk to . Tim Kelly as usual made everything smooth and made sure (as usual) the customer is treated above and beyond. This is truly a wonderful dealership. More

In the process, Erica asked me about the condition of my battery. I told you the battery lost 2 bars out of 12 bars on the capacity gauge. With my research on the capacity warranty, I knew that it was not under the capacity warranty anymore since it only covered within 5 years and more than 3 bars lost. She said that my car battery was still under warranty specifically pointed out that if the lost of the 2 bars was due to an battery malfunction, I still qualified for replacement. At the point, I told her I understand my car was not under capacity warranty anymore and I asked her directly "are you sure I am qualified for the replacement ?" She went to ask someone to confirm and come back and said "yes, as long as it is the batter's issue leading to the loss of 2 bars". As a Nissan Leaf owner, everyone will be excited about the possibility of getting a new battery. That basically will allow me to drive at least 20 miles more on a full charge. Dreaming that I will be able to make a trip forth and back from NJ to NYC with my Leaf, I brought in my car for the battery checkup Tuesday morning. Around 3pm, she called and started with the phrase " you have done everything right to bring in the car for checkup, however, because the battery only lost 2 bars and already older than 5 years, your car is not qualified for capacity warranty for the replacement. And your battery is operating normally." And you guess what ? I know that BEFORE I came in and ASKED HER SPECIFICALLY THAT. Since my car was running fine, why I would come in to check for battery malfunction? At the end they charged me $133 for the checkup. I am very disappointing with the experience. Although the manager Tim Kelly was not involved in the process, he insisted that they had done nothing wrong. When I called him the next day, he was NOT LISTENING BUT INSIST THAT YOU BRING THE CAR IN WE NEED TO CHARGE YOU JUST LIKE YOU GO TO A DOCTOR VISIT. But I do appreciate their driver Otto driving me back and forth to work while the car was in the shop. More

This great service team made me feel welcome from the start. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, I would definitely recommend to absolutely anyone! Special thanks to Service Manager Tim Kelly, he took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what was going on with my car. Also extremely honest, I didn't feel like I was being pressured into doing something that was not needed. We will be back! :) More

When they reinstalled the transmission they crossthreaded the bolt for the starter going into the transmission. The damage they caused cost me $400 when it came time to have my starter replaced. I approached them about the issue, they agreed to reimburse me the cost of the repair. More

The web advertised a given price and spec by specific model and VIN. The model did not match the specs and the price was more than listed on the site. I posted a poor review and was very surprised to receive a phone call from the general manager, James DeSimone. He was disappointed that I had not spoken to him before my review. I found out that a third party is responsible for their web postings. I cautioned him that they should be more careful with their proof process. In the meantime, he asked how he could make it better. I told him that I liked the car, but the not having auto locks was the biggest pain; especially since I am always carrying things and I like opening the door for my girlfriend without having to crawl through the driver side. He understood and wanted to make amends so he offered to install the auto locks for free. He made the appointment for this Monday and is providing a loaner car. I am sorry that it started off wrong, and I hope they rectify the situation with their third party web vendor. However, I am very impressed that the dealership stood behind it product and made a correction. More

We were supposed to get a loaner while our car was being serviced ( we had other business in the area) and the loaner wasn"t going to be back for a couple of hours, so Erika gave us OTTO, who drove us in a dealership car where we had to go, waited for us and then drove us back to the dealership to pick up our car. A nice touch. Our car was serviced and detailed without any problem and looks like new again. we would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Thank You to all the dedicated employees who made our drive worthwile. More
